Dentistry, and they were willing to see me right away. And this is no small gesture from a practice that, from what I understand, is not taking any new patients. Dr. Goldstein took good care of me, diagnosed the situation, devised a plan of attack, and prescribed a course of action. This involved removal of the tooth which meant her spending time to find a dental surgeon who could see me the next day. Which she did. All of this "going the extra mile" care for someone who is not a patient only shows the level of care her regular patients experience every time they see her. It became clear to me after that appointment that I wanted to continue my dental relationship with Dr. Wilsey (even though it meant switching to another dental plan, or just paying her out-of-pocket). But because I went to that one other dental appointment with someone other than her, she informed me that I was now considered a "new patient" and she was not taking new patients. So she is now refusing to see me for to continue the dental plan that we had made last I saw her. Odd and disturbing behavior :(

I have always felt the hygienists have been great. and Dr. Kazak is always quick but personable. As others have said, I never felt like I was being sold on any procedures especially for stuff that I did not need. I do appreciate the complimentary fluroide solution that they apply after the cleaning to ensure tooth health. They also have been super accommodating for fitting me in even with a last minute change in my schedule. When you go for the first time, it may be a hard to find as it is a little tucked away and shares a parking lot with a church. However, I have not had any issues parking in front to the office. Overall, I would recommend checking out Ross Valley Dental if you are looking for a dentist in the Marin area.
