So we have been taking our 3 dogs to another vet (won't mention their name) and have had a decent amount of work done there due to check ups, illnesses and random things that we've needed taken care of to keep the quality of life for our dogs, but we had moments of uncertainty and uneasiness during our time with that clinic. I decided to try Dr.Judy vet and Oh my gosh!! The difference!! The staff/front desk is SO welcoming and give you peace and confidence that your taking your baby to the right place and they are in the right hands. It smells fresh inside (not that creepy vet smell) everything is clean and organized. Ok now to the actual Dr....She was ammmaaaazing. So informative. Gentle. Treated our dog so good. She answered every one of our questions so we didn't feel like crazy dog owners lol The whole vibe was calming and respectful. The nurse as well. We had the best experience here and we will never use another vet again. Thanks Dr. Marinelli, (and nurse) you really made our scary situation the best experience possible with getting Shorty's tumor removed and he's doing great!

BONUS: while I was there, they'd shown me an online pharmacy where I could order the meds & have them home delivered..CHEAPER!

The people here at Dr. Judy's Vet Clinic are the BEST. I called to get a 'script refilled for the pup. They were closing in 5 minutes(my fault for procrastinating). The staff offered to stay there past closing(6pm)on a Friday night just so the lil guy wouldn't have to wait until next week. It's not like without the meds it was life or death. It was just flea & tick control maintenance. They stayed there until I could get over there & pick it up. I say 5 SOLID STARS for the entire staff. BONUS: While I was picking up the meds, I was told, if I ordered them from the Online Pharmacy, they give you a better deal than picking up from the clinic. DOING IT NEXT TIME. www.judyvetclinicca.com

My miniature long haired dachshund has been seeing Dr. Eiri ever since he was a puppy. There is no one I trust more than her. From getting yearly vaccines, getting neutered, to yearly check ups, I'm willing to make the far drive just to take my dachshund, Pluto to see Dr. Eiri.

While other vets often have weeks of wait time, I can actually go in and get the assistance we need. Having a stressed dog makes appointments tough, but the team here is fast, educational, and makes us both feel at ease. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors is incredibly kind. I also appreciate their honesty with pricing--when calling around for quotes, they were the most helpful and accurate, while others gave me the runaround. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend them to anyone! I'm very grateful that they took care of my dog-Shasta.

Per la mesa pet emergency instructions to me and to primary vet. Jessie is very sick, she may not survive til Monday morning. Jessie is extremely dehydrated, she has very low body temperature, and low pulse. I had to beg to be seen by vet Monday 7 20 2026. There are only 2 vets each day, rotating, there used to be 5 to 8 vets staffed at this office everyday until the new owner came. There was a triage doctor that was specifically for tramas, accidents, and severe illnesses only. We were finally seen by vet at 3 pm, and after euthanasia of my beloved Jessie kins. They are asking me to decide immediately about remains, earns, cherrywood boxes, private cremation. I went into shock. This is the owners cash cow, that should NOT even manage a booboo, or tooth extraction. I would not even trust this vet practice to trim my cats nails or grooming. They likely no longer have service horses like before, too darn busy squeezing the cash cow the fur baby owners for mullah.

Unfortunately, this experience was very frustrating and is the reason for my 2-star review. This was not my first visit, and I've never had an issue in the past. I scheduled my dog's annual appointment by phone three weeks in advance for 7:30 AM. I arrived on time and was one of the first people there, possibly the third. When I walked in, the front desk receptionist greeted me. I gave her my dog's name when she asked who I was checking in, and she looked at her computer before sitting back down. I noticed that two people who had arrived before me had already come and gone, although they did not appear to need to see a vet. Then, around 7:35-7:45 AM, two people walked in with their cats. From what I overheard, they didn't have appointments scheduled. I continued waiting, assuming I would be called shortly since I had one of the earliest appointments. Unfortunately, the two people who arrived after me were called in before me. At that point, I became concerned and went to the front desk about 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to ask when my dog would be seen. The staff looked confused, went to the back to check, and then I heard them asking who had checked my dog in. That was extremely frustrating because I had already checked in with the receptionist when I arrived. I ultimately wasn't called back until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and I still had to wait for the vet afterward. To be fair, the vet did apologize for the delay, and I appreciate that. However, I was disappointed that the front desk receptionist never apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, especially since the issue appeared to stem from my check-in not being properly handled. I've had good experiences with the veterinary staff in the past, and I think the vets and vet techs do a great job. Unfortunately, the front desk experience this time was disappointing and made what should have been a straightforward annual visit unnecessarily frustrating. I hope they can improve communication and make sure patients who arrive and check in on time aren't overlooked.

I thought I'd try this place out and see what their prices and service were like. I have a vet for my other two senior cats, but I`m willing to shop around. I showed up on time and checked in. The front desk person seemed disorganized and not friendly. It felt a bit chaotic in there and it wasn't even busy. How is that possible? I gave them my coupon and waited to be seen. Waited, waited, waited. That wasn't a big deal. I have patience and I understand stuff happens. Finally I`m called back and the vet assistant is also not really friendly but I stick with the appointment. She weighs the kittens and looks over them. She tries to sell me on their pet wellness plan for kittens, which is actually quite expensive compared to the insurance I got. I didn`t want a sales pitch right away. Then she said the doctor would be in. More waiting. More waiting. At this point, I thought about leaving because we were in there a LONG time. The doctor comes in and doesn't introduce himself, looks disheveled and a wreck. I am now committed to this appointment, so I let him look over the kittens. The first thing he says is, "yep those are kittens". Then he mumbles that he forgot something and leaves for like 5 minutes. I`m pretty much done at this point. He comes in and gives a quick exam, not really doing anything at all. He says they look good and that I should get some testing(not even sure what he said honestly) and that I could get that cheaper elsewhere. Then he leaves and the vet assistant comes back in, asking if I want to schedule their follow-up. No. No, I do not. I said I need to check my schedule and I`ll let them know. We go back to the waiting room and wait...and wait some more. Painful at this point. They give me that copy of wellness exam proof, but didn`t have any other notes(because the doctor DID NOT DO ANYTHING). They give me little baggies with some cat food and a key chain with their name on it. Then the vet assistant tries to sell me on their wellness package again and seems annoyed when I said no. If this visit is indicative of what it is normally like here...hard pass. I`ll go to my other vet and get my kittens established there. Oh, to top it off, they gave me a receipt that has their wellness fee($99) zeroed out, like they gave me $100 worth of service for free. I wouldn't have paid $10 for that "service". Eeeesh.
