This location straight up sucks !!…read more You can't order online first of all. They don't customize any of the salads at all ( I thought that was the point of this place ?! ) They don't scan your points code on the app. At this point I gave up and decided to just order the Coconut Chai pudding which was delicious when I ordered it from the Main St location . It came in a 5oz cup - So much smaller than the other one ! And way overpriced at over $8 !! There was no fresh Coconut on it / instead she topped it with some unhealthy looking (canned ??) mango without asking me (I have allergies) It was awful. Definitely NOT fresh. I had to scoop off the Mango. It was so watery that I couldn't even use the spoon I had to drink it. It seemed slightly off so I better not get sick! My tongue is also tingling from the remnant's of the mango ... Take a hard pass on this and go to Purebread right behind !! Or just keep running far away from this place !!

I asked about a quiet place to sit and she suggested the seating area above the food fair. I told her I had too many bags to carry up the stairs and she told me if I go in a little deeper I will find an elevator. First I stopped at freshiii. - I was going to get a bowl with noodles and tofu as I had seen someone eating that but then had the brilliant idea of asking her which was her favourite. I like doing that - I often try things I wouldn't normally order. She suggested the Oaxaca bowl - she said she doesn't like sweet and the other is sweet. I love Mexican food - influenced or otherwise so that's what I ordered. All the I gradients are fresh, it's a healthy portion and the beans were warm. Very tasty - would have been even better with a cold beer but I have to stay awake! Upstairs is just a bunch of chairs and tables but it's really quiet and everyone up here is airport staff. So double bonus on what could have been a dreary bunch of hours! I feel really fortunate with the nice people I meet in this world!

The lady who served us only spoke Chinese and there was a bit of confusion when my husband tried to tell her in English that I wanted Red Date Longan Wolf Berry Tea. Luckily he does speak Chinese as well. When he realized she didn't understand the English words, he used a combination of Chinese and pointing to the board behind her, indicating which item on the board I wanted. Didn't help though that it was one of those menus where the screen changes every few seconds! Highly recommend that you only order from this place if you or someone in your party speaks Chinese! I loved the liquid part of my drink. Red Date Longan drinks are something I have come to appreciate since marrying my husband. This particular drink though had big chunks of dried up stuff in it. I wished they hadn't put that into the cup. The liquid part was great but I really didn't care for the chunky stuff in my cup.

The workers hardly knew English as well, which made communicating a challenge. They only accept cash, and they don't have it posted anywhere. Zero customer service, no smile, gratitude or anything. Very passive aggressive. At the Lansdowne location you would pick it up at the same counter you ordered at but this one makes u go around. I didn't know this so when the worker rang the bell, I didn't know where to go. Instead of directing me kindly, the girl started smashing the little bell and glaring. I would never come here again, customer service disgusts me. Get bubble tea somewhere else as it's quite mediocre. Next time when serving customers have more of a smile and be more kind. Never again

My favorite is their Creamy Mango Pomelo Sago--it honestly feels like a dessert and a drink in one. The mango flavor is rich and natural, and what I really like is that when I order 70% sugar, it's mostly just the natural sweetness from the mango--no extra sugar needed. It tastes clean, not overly sweet, but still very satisfying. Every sip has a mix of textures--juicy mango chunks, bits of pomelo, and soft sago--plus that creamy foam on top that ties everything together. This time, I also tried their Cherry Blossom Food Fest menu, specifically the Strawberry Coconut Bliss. It's refreshing with a slight tang from the strawberry, and the coconut adds a creamy, tropical touch. I really liked the coconut chunks--it makes the drink feel more like a treat rather than just a regular fruit tea. Overall, Sweet 7 is one of those places you can rely on for quality drinks that feel a little extra special.

While it didn't have the long lines of some boba tea shops around the corner, I did see an Uber eats like service come in and pick up an order. It seemed like there's limited amount of drinks where one can customize the sweetness level - after all they advertise their drinks as naturally sweet. He got the mango pomelo Sago with Jasmine jelly. My wife is supposed to share with me but she says it's good and hasn't given me a sip yet:p. Update: my daughter took the other half and also said it's really good. I'll have to come back another time to try myself!

I think it was brand new and the owner was eager to please. This time, the ladies didn't speak any English at all. They couldn't understand what I was ordering. I had to repeat it 4 times ( twice to each of them ) then one had to come around to the board so I could point out what I wanted. The total was 5.49 she said but only gave me back 14$ from my 20$ . I guess she either can't do math or decided to round up, or do a self gratuity. I am waiting now to see how it is, it seems to be taking awhile since I am almost done this review, and it still isn't ready. Ok I got it and it is very very bland : ( I don't think I'll go out of my way to come here again. Perhaps that's why they have a "Help Wanted" sign ...

So, I am bewildered as to what is so "natural" about their drinks as it is clearly made from artificial flavours. Prices has changed. All went up up to almost $7 for a large drink. There are also signs that they charge extra for utensils. The cashier could barely understand English and had asked me to repeat my order twice and tried to sell me a large when I asked for a regular. Will not come back again.

I went today thinking they have the lunar new year draw, so let's try my luck. I ordered my usual, and asked, don't you have that lucky draw thing, and they said because I used $3 credit, I don't qualify. I still paid the rest with my gift card, mind you. This is how much I frequent chatime. If I knew that in advance, I would have saved my $3 for another time. But fine, whatever, I didn't want to be that annoying customer that made him refund everything just to enter the draw. Then I got my drink, the guy with the long hair and glasses also forgot to punch in my pearls. And I said, "there's no pearls", and he says "oh, I forgot. Do you still want it?" D*** it. What kind of question is that?!? of course I do. No apologies, no nothing. Just... "did you want to pay with your gift card?" 0.80 for pearls that he himself forgot to input into the system. NO APOLOGIES. And when I spilled some tea on the table, they didn't care, so I wiped it off with some paper napkins. By the way, I noticed a customer that came to pick up a large drink, she also never got the card for the draw either. Was tempted to ask, but I was too shy. I never thought a chain bubble tea place could get me so peeved to warrant such a long rant of a review, but I suppose there's a first for everything. I am NEVER visiting this chatime again when I'm at this mall. Going to stick with the other chatimes I frequent, way better customer service. Shoutout to the Langara location. And when I'm at RC, going to either switch to Coco, drink coffee from %, or heck, I'm even going to get a cocktail from cactus before I ever visit this place again. Taking my money elsewhere. We're in Vancouver and we have choices.

The nice staff lady said summer strawberry but she offered to replace the cranberry juice with more apple juice. Normally, their summer strawberry smoothies are blended strawberries, peaches, apple juice, and some cranberry juice to give a bit of sourness. The smoothie turned out to be sweet and fruity, as promised. It's delicious if you like sweet drinks like I do. I got the perfect drink like I wanted thanks to the nice and informative staff at Jugo juice. They have two sizes. Small and regular. If you're really thirsty and in the mood for something refreshing and at a more than enough portion, get the regular sized smoothie. I was super thirsty and was in the mood for a sweet, cold drink. I gotta say, the regular sized summer strawberry hit the spot! There were small frozen strawberry fruit chunks at the bottom of the drink so there was a bit of chewing involved which isn't a bad thing since they were soft. So no harm done there. I was the only customer at the time so there was no queue to order and my smoothie was done in 2-3 minutes. 5/5 stars since I don't have any negatives based on this visit.
