Went to this place at 8:29 pm in Monday night and it was closed, although the sign said 10:00am to 9:00pm week days. If you close at 8:30pm say so on the sign and do not lead consumer on. It's bad business to close sooner than posted schedule. read more

Came while the place was empty and ordered two detoxifiers. 3 families walked in after to get smoothies and ended up walking out before me (still waiting). I realize smoothies are their specialty but they need to better allocate resources, or at least ensure that the patron is helped in the order that they arrive. Update: they just informed me that their juicer is down and will be working in a couple of minutes. I don't understand, but ok. The manager (an older gentleman) popped up and unplugged it, and did nothing to make the situation less inconvenient. He is nowhere to be found, and the 3 poor girls have an establishment full of clientele. This Juice it Up has unprofessional workers who help people out if order. We ordered juices and had to wait until they made other people's smoothies first. They were not willing to substitute one ingredient for another and complained when I asked to have an ingredient taken out. My fiancé and I will not be going to this Juice it Up anymore. We will go out of our way to go to the one on Mountain and the 10 freeway. They are friendly and make excellent juices. After this review I was contacted by juice it up. I was told they would talk to their employees and give them another chance. I did give them another chance only to be told rudely once again that they will not take the cucumber out of my drink. Even when I told them I had talked to the manager about it they refused to take it out. I went straight to the juice it up on mountain and the 10 and got my juice the way I wanted it with friendly service. I will not try this juice it up again. read more

So, I wrote a previous review about this Juice It Up locations explaining my unhappiness. I'm not sure if they underwent revisions, but this place has improved significantly since that previous time! I know I can always count on the smoothie coming out amazing, but now the customer service is much better! The staff is friendlier and I have yet to receive attitude from anyone. I come into this juice it up about every other day. Great juice, some workers are great but not all. I've noticed workers on the weekends are much friendlier and better than the ones during the week. I always hope to see those I see in the weekend during the week because its nice to have friendly customer service once I get off a long day at work. Other than that, great juice! Okay smoothie; both my friend and I got a Mango Mania and it tasted much more like a strawberry banana smoothie, which is a lot easier for me to make at home. Price is a bit much, and the consistency was inconsistent in that some of it was liquidy and some of it was icy. read more

I'm always a fan of juice it up. Their beverages just have a different taste that the somewhat generic (but admittedly still delicious) choices at jamba juice. Though it can be considered bland, I do enjoy that they mix less and if you're in the mood for Raspberry, you can get a smoothie that is just flat out raspberry goodness i.e. raspeberry sherbet, juice and raspberries. On the flipside they do have some flavor combinations that are an excellent alternative to the ubiquitous jamba although this facet does make the jamba flavors easier to get. I'd like to see these guys expand and compete more as I believe their drinks are every bit as good. read more

Tried to come here for some fresh juice. Their sign says they do fresh juice from a juicer. They even have a menu to include kale, cucumber, etc. The owner of this particular jiu can't be bothered to sell ALL of the juice items on his menu according to the girl who was manning the station. Went in today and tried the energizer after the manager recommended it... I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great and the staff all seemed happy and energetic. I will most definitely be returning to this location from here on out.. the location I had previously been a regular at was just too unfriendly and at times rude and unprofessional. . I think they should change the price sign to two dollar signs because this place is EXPENSIVE. I ordered the ultimate açaí smoothie thinking it'd be regular smoothie price but it was $6.50! That is so expensive for a smoothie! However, this place does make pretty good smoothies, just keep note of the price before you go because most of these reviews don't really emphasize the price. Not only that, it was so hard to find the price. I literally took a solid couple minutes just looking for the price and still couldn't clearly see the number. I am not a usual yelper, but for this place I had to give it a review... Every time I come here I am greeted with a hello or welcome! It always smells so fresh inside. It is a great place to come cool off during the summer! All the workers always help to give me suggestions on different juices and smoothies. My favorite is the pina colada. Luckily, JIU employee, Crystal recommended I try a bowl and ...I must say, best recommendation ever! Crystal made the best bowl and was so respectful to not only me but all of the other customers. I never liked Açaí bowls but Crystal CHANGED me. I've been addicted ever since. If you're ever around the Chino area on a hot summer day or any day, don't hesitate to stop by JIU and get a bowl. I stop by Juice It Up to replenish my body with a quick lunch after the gym. The smoothies here are pretty good and fill you up, but they're a little dense. Their juices are light and you can even create your own. This location is hesitant to accommodate customers, but if you ask nicely the girls here are more than happy to provide service with a smile. read more

Juice it up Chino is as good as it gets!!! I've been to the other chino location on Euclid a couple of times, and nothing but bad service. Every time I come to the Chino Spectrum location, Its nothing but SMILES. The employees there are as good as it gets, and that is how it should be.
