I called juice and bowls in Montclair to receive a refund and they informed me that they would not be able to give me my money back even after explaining that it would be out of my way to make the drive all the way over there for 2 drinks. Maddy did all she could to make sure that I was issued a refund and even got her manager involved. Although i spent almost 30 minutes trying to get my refund and shakes, I left happy knowing that the customer service displayed at this location was top notch. I will definitely be coming back to this location more often! Thank you Maddy! Thanks to you I will continue to bring my business at juice and bowls specifically chino hills.

The staff did tell me it's "very floral" and I was a bit worried because I'm not a big fan of floral drink, but honestly, it wasn't that floral. There was a pretty subtle hint of floral-ness, but I can't make the distinction of the "magnolia" flavor. It's similar to maybe camelia? The boba and tea definitely were more prominent. I appreciated that I can taste a stronger tea flavor though. Service was really fast! They are well staffed. I didn't get to do what I came for, but at least the drink did not disappoint! I was just going to forget about this incident but then I thought if this was my business I'd want to hear all feedback good and bad.. I went to your Juice it Up on 3908 Grand, in Chino Hills on Wednesday November 27th at about 2pm. There were no other customers just me. The girl that served me said something to me but I couldn't hear her because she had the most hideous LOUD rap music going. I told her I can't hear her with that noise and she said and did NOTHING. She didn't even have the decency to turn it down. Somehow I was able to order a large carrot juice. During the whole visit she was so obviously unfriendly and had an attitude like she'd rather not be there and is being forced to work there. Definitely the rudest customer service on the planet. No smiles or thanks for coming from her, just a hateful attitude. If I owned that business I'd fire her on the spot. I've never encountered such a cold and bitchy server in all my 50 years. I'll never go back again. I looked for my receipt and couldn't find it, so there's a chance she didn't give me one. I paid with a credit card for 12.99 which I'm sure could be verified by the time and date. I've never encountered such a rude bitch. If i were on fire I really doubt she'd bother to turn the hose on me. There must be other complaints about her. read more

The juice itself is great, but honestly the service was horrible. I really don't even mind normally but we literally waited more than an hour for our juice! Is that possible? I thought they were growing the oranges in the back or something and when I asked them if our drink was coming out- instead of just giving me a straight up answer, they looked annoyed and acted as if I was being impatient. Complete waste of time. Came into a crowded store on a Sunday afternoon. Waited 30 minutes to only have one of two drinks made. Second drink didn't even come out until I asked both workers about it. By then the first drink was already melted. Understaffed. Mostly sugar water. Many better ways to spend your time and money. read more
