Maddy did all she could to make sure that I was issued a refund and even got her manager involved. Although i spent almost 30 minutes trying to get my refund and shakes, I left happy knowing that the customer service displayed at this location was top notch. I came here on a Monday afternoon after my workout at the gym since my boyfriend wanted açaí bowls. I'm very particular about my acai (I absolutely despise scooped acai). Upon entering, we were able to order on the tablet instead of with a cashier. They laid out all of their menu options on the tablet, some with pictures and some without. We decided to get smoothies instead since the acai seemed to be scooped from a premade tub. We got strawberry banana & a tropical smoothie. I got myself a green juice filled with veggies and fruits. We waited around 10 minutes for everything to be freshly blended and juiced. To my surprise, it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. I customized the bowl for my liking and enjoyed all the toppings and fruits. For my base, I ordered half Blue Majik, a blend of coconut and mango, and half Acai. I liked the Acai, but they barely gave me any; it was like 15% Acai and 75% Blue Majik. Both bases were sweet, but the Blue Majik was insanely sweet. You know, when you have a lot of sugar and your mouth feels dehydrated and sugary, that's how my mouth felt after. The Green Island (5 stars) has a nice balance between the fruits and veggies. I can taste the kale and spinach, but the greens aren't overwhelming. The orange juice, banana, mangoes, and pineapple complement the greens nicely. They also add agave for additional yet subtle sweetness. My husband first tried the Pineapple Mango (3.5 stars). It was good pick too that isn't too sweet. He liked the Green Island more, and it has become his go to order too. When we weren't feel 100% but not really sick, we tried the Immunity Shot (3.5 stars). The potent shot of lemon, ginger, and cayenne woke me up immediately. I prefer the Pressed Juicery version.
