This is the ONLY place I go to get smoothies from (their açaí bowls are good too). The fruits always taste sweet, vegetables always fresh and I always get great service here. Special thank you to April and store manager Savannah who both know my go-to order and name now so when I come in for pickup, they just say hello and grab it out the fridge without prompting. The store is always clean and I always feel well-taken care of here. They do well with handling large orders as well and manager Savannah is kind, a great leader, and very responsive to feedback. Coming to Nekter has been a bright part of my mornings and a helpful and sweet addition to my health journey. The only thing I would like to see added is some shading on the windows. Hello, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the experience I had today at your Chino Hills location. This morning around 7:50 a.m., I purchased a green juice with pineapple. I placed the juice in my refrigerator and planned to drink it during my lunch break a few hours later. When I opened it, I immediately noticed that the juice had an excessive amount of foam with a significant amount of brown discoloration on the top. This was not normal, and I was concerned about the quality and preparation of the product. I called the location during my lunch break to address the issue. I was informed that there was no manager or supervisor available, and the employee offered to have me wait until someone in management was available to handle the situation. However, after placing me on hold, she returned and told me that I could simply drink the juice as it was. She then went on to accuse me of essentially stealing a product from the store because I have previously had juices remade due to similar issues. I find this accusation completely unacceptable and extremely offensive. I have been a loyal customer for the past two months and have consistently supported this location as part of my health journey. I do not go into your store looking for free products or to take advantage of your employees. I go there because I enjoy your products and have chosen your brand as part of my lifestyle. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced problems with this specific location. I have had concerns with the quality of my drinks, and I have repeatedly noticed issues with how products are being prepared. I have observed employees not following what appears to be proper sanitation practices, including concerns about glove changes, handling procedures, and overall cleanliness. When I have brought up these concerns, I have often felt dismissed and met with attitude rather than genuine customer service. What concerns me the most is the way I was treated today. Being accused of stealing after bringing up a legitimate concern about a product I purchased was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I also cannot ignore the fact that, after multiple negative interactions at this location, I am beginning to feel singled out and unfairly treated. I want to understand why a loyal customer is being made to feel this way. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would like this situation reviewed, including the employee interaction, the preparation standards at this location, and the way customer complaints are being handled. I also expect a response from management regarding how this will be addressed moving forward. I have supported this location for months, but experiences like this make me question whether my business is valued. Customers should not be made to feel like a problem for bringing up concerns about a product they paid for. I look forward to hearing back from someone in management. Thank you. read more

Visited at 10:30 a.m, on Monday March 16th. Experienced the worst customer service and food quality. I get that it's understaffed but I feel like that shouldn't compromise the quality of food and service by that much. When we entered we immediately got an eye roll from the girl making the smoothies. When taking the order, she was practically frowning and barely even looked up. When we asked to add avocado into the smoothies she quickly shut us down and said they were out of avocados, but based on her previous given attitude, it just seemed like she didn't want to go in the back and get them. When our smoothies came out (we ordered strawberry banana protein smoothies), they were watery, and just tasted like strawberries no bananas, as well as no dates when we added them. I've never hit "No tip" as fast as I did this morning, and I usually always tip even if the service is mediocre. read more

After a hike, I wanted a nice and refreshing açai bowl, but was greeted by probably one of the worst people I've ever met in my life. Holy cow absolutely terrible service. Me and my friend walk into nektar at around 10:15 am to order some smoothies and she immediately rolled her eyes at us and sighed. At first I gave her some grace because I saw that she was swamped with online orders but when we did start ordering we asked to add avocado and she was quick to say that they don't have avocado. Tell me why I see avocados under the counter when I sat down . She deadass just didn't want to spend time to cut it up but Jesus Christ, our smoothies come and it's missing the bananas and dates and the smoothie was WATERY AF. Very poor service. Every time I go in to give it another shot the workers are rude, short and act like I am asking them for a loan. It's a shame because the bowls are good but how they are prepared and given is very poorly. I rarely get a full bowl and all the ingredients I ask for.
