I visited on a Thursday morning, and to my delight, the atmosphere was wonderfully quiet. It took me a moment to decide on my order, but the Vital Proteins Blue Bowl caught my eye and sounded delicious, so I went for it. The bowl is made with non-fat yogurt, pineapple, mango, a pineapple juice blend, lemonade, Vital Proteins collagen, and spirulina, topped with a delightful array of almonds, banana, blueberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, hemp granola, peanuts, pineapple, and strawberries. I had a Groupon gift for $30, which needed to be used in one go. So, I added a Sambazon energy drink, a couple of Lenny and Larry protein cookies, and some pretzels, as well as an extra boost for my bowl. The total came out just a few cents over the gift amount, but it was well worth it--the gift was much appreciated! Although Juice It Up wasn't my first choice initially, this visit completely changed my perspective. The bowl was incredibly tasty, and the service fast and friendly. I plan on coming back for more!

My first time at this location and I have to say Gionna & Destiny were as awesome, always smiling and ready to help. They made me feel welcome and the drink Gionna made me was delicious.

GENUINELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE. It was normal Saturday and I decided it was good for juice it up. So i get here after a long workout and I order my usual, the Sandìa Loca. This is my first time at this location and I was not expecting to have a whole layer of tajin at the bottom of my drink. I proceeded to mix my drink my usual and now every sip is full of tajin. Not only that there's still of tajin at the bottom. This is unbelievable and have never had experience this before. Please rethink ordering anything with tajin from this location unless you're an avid enjoyer of it.

Great customer service! Natalie was very efficient and providing different options! I settled on a mango mania which was really delicious made exactly as requested.

We came back because the previous time we came was so good. However this time the girl taking our order seemed to have attitude and not take any notes on the specifications of the order. When the food and drink came out, none of it was made to our specifications. We asked for honey on the side but the bowl had honey all over it. We asked for the drink to not have chocolate drizzle bc it's too sweet, but the drink still had it. When she gave me the drink, the entire outside of the cup was dripping wet and had chocolate sauce down the outside. She saw me looking at it trying to figure out how to pick up the drink without getting my hand wet We had to send both the drink and bowl back to be remade. Even before tasting the drink I knew it wasn't going to be good bc the color was so off. Th drink tasted awful and nothing like when we came here previously. The bowl was also entirely melted with very little fruits and so little almond butter which we paid a dollar extra for. When I told the girl, she checked the receipt to defend that she had made it correctly and never apologized read more

Upon entering, we were able to order on the tablet instead of with a cashier. They laid out all of their menu options on the tablet, some with pictures and some without. We decided to get smoothies instead since the acai seemed to be scooped from a premade tub. We got strawberry banana & a tropical smoothie. I got myself a green juice filled with veggies and fruits. We waited around 10 minutes for everything to be freshly blended and juiced. To my surprise, it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I would definitely come back. I'm not sure if I would try their acai bowls. It did look promising so maybe I will try it one day.

The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and I decided to leave without ordering. I've never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer. I'm sharing this because this type of behavior drives loyal customers away. Until this is addressed, I won't be returning.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I visit this plaza often due to Sam's Club, but rarely drive in the plaza towards Kohls so I was surprised when my friend told me the other week. I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.

Great fast service and a full menu of various drinks that some Juice it Up's do not include. Also there is the secret menu here, you just have to ask. I had a Watermelon Madness and it was excellent! I visit several locations of Juice it Up during the week and they mostly all do a great job, but this location really makes a great smoothie. Juice it up on Euclid and Schaefer is AMAZING!!! Their a little slow right now because their training but if something is made wrong I just ask them to fix it and they do!!!
