After my experience, I had discontinued being a customer at this location. The way the employee that day treated us and gave us unnecessary attitude, I hated going there. Coming in today by chance, we got to meet the owner of this location and he was very understanding and apologetic for the service by said employee. So disappointed after my visit earlier this afternoon. This was my first and last time coming here. I came in to get the Protein Acai bowl after my coworker had recommended it to me. The older lady was the one who took my order and made the bowl. I am assuming she's the manager since she's older. She had even asked me what protein I wanted so I thought she had gotten my order correct. Turns out she had given me the wrong bowl. By the time I started to eat my bowl I was already back at work. That's when I realized that I wasn't given the correct one or else I would've gone back. The protein bowl is supposed to have peanut butter and protein, however I was given some type of fruity Acai bowl. Super disappointing especially when I am trying get all my grams of protein in for the day. Drink were terrible on Saturday. Not sure why but we ordered 5 strawberry waves to go and they all tasted like melted strawberry ice cream. Very milky drinks. Today I ordered for the first time usinf Juice it Up app. I accidentally ordered The Green smoothie thinking it was Ever Green smoothie. When I got to the location, I quickly realized that it was not the right smoothie. The girl who helped me (I wished I got her name), let me try it to see if I like it. Since I am buying this for my son, I know he would not like it. She offered to make me ever green smoothie for free to replace. On top of that, ahead let me keep the green smoothie for me to try. I went in on Sunday around 6pm and my boyfriend and I got two smoothies. The employee that took our order and made our drinks was struggling very badly, and it wasn't until the other employee a young lady with colored hair, helped her with them that we were able to receive our drinks. As a mother I am absolutely horrified at the customer service at this location. I normally never leave reviews for places but I felt this very necessary. I observed as the older lady (possibly the owner) yelling at the young lady's working there. It came off as extremely unprofessional and borderline harassment. I enjoyed this place , similar concept to Jamba Juice. I ordered The greens for me and a strawberry wave for my boyfriend. The greens tasted like what it's suppose to taste like ,grass aha, but that's the part of drinking regular fruits and greens you don't taste artificial stuff and that's what I like, BUT, the strawberry wave . It's good but I can taste how artificial it is. It's a smoothie and tbh, I'm not bashing on it I'm just saying it's not what I would want. It tasted great though. I came in earlier this morning around 11am and there was 2 nice young ladies and one older Indian lady working. I believe one of the young ladies was beginning to talk to the other young lady. Then the older lady went up to both and you can tell she was yelling at them for having a short and simple conversation because the two ladies were silent after and weren't allowed to talk. I did hear a part of the conversation where she told one of the young ladies that they would get removed from their shifts if they talked in front of customers...something along those lines. The ladies were multitasking and doing a good job but the older lady just got upset with them in front of customers, although you can tell she wasn't trying to make it noticeable to the customers. How unprofessional and bitter of that lady to overreact and threaten them in front of customers over something small. As far as I know from coming in often, those young ladies were doing nothing wrong and always do an amazing job (young lady with brown hair and a young lady with red hair). By reading the previous reviews of this Juice It Up location, the lady seems to be a problem. I've noticed her being problematic more than once but this time it was over the top. Not sure if she's the owner or a manager but she should not be working there. Why would corporate continue letting her work if there has been multiple negative reviews specifically calling her out, how embarrassing. I'm giving this 1 star bc of the lady, but 5 stars for the staff. read more

Juice it up in Chino is filled with customers and quick employees that make amazing drinks!! Not only do they sell juices and smoothies but they also have wheatgrass shots. Which is also to my liking. Parking is simple since it is shared with a large shopping complex area. The menu is right up in front for you to look at but my two faves are pomegranate and acai they are both delicious and really healthy for you. So after a little bit of shopping get a pick up a smoothie to feel more refreshed and energized. So you can start back up again on that shopping addiction. read more

I really like this place. Bit pricey but the quality is much better than Jamba. The only issue I have with this place is that they don't do a good job of cleaning the cups after they hand you your drink. It's like they closed their eyes and filled the cups and didn't even bother to wipe off the excess juice all over the cup. They just want to hurry back to the back room to chat. Even when I try to wipe the cup myself I still get juice all over my hands and pants. And beet juice and turmeric stains do not come out of clothes easily. Just would be nice if they did a better job of wiping down the cups before handing them to customers. Considering how empty it is and not busy every time I go, there really shouldn't be any reason to not spend a little time wiping down the cups. read more

This place wasn't bad but is definitely like a Jamba juice...I was looking for more of a local acai spot where I felt like there weren't many additives in the bowls etc. My bowl was really sweet and I feel like that was because there were a lot of added sugars. For instance, the juice came out of a machine that resembled a fountain soda machine....so it's likely that their juices are quite sugar based, unfortunately. When I selected the peanut butter topping, I assumed I was going to get a peanut butter drizzle, but instead I just got a glob of peanut butter on the top... It is my go-to breakfast spot for the days I am not able to wake up on time. Majority of the days I start my work around 8:00 am and it opens at 7:30 which makes it even more convenient. I usually just get my regular, Lucky Lemon (Lemonade, raspberry juice blend, pineapple sherbet & strawberries). So if you like your drinks tart, this would be a good choice. If you have the reusable Juice It Up 24 oz. cup, you'll get a discount. They also have a loyalty stamp card too; buy 10 get the 11th free (only 16 oz. or the 24 oz free). I normally go to this location. On my way to work. I usually use the app to order. Today I went around 3:30 PM ordered on the app 15 minutes before I got there. When I got there, it was me a gentleman and two women that were together. I asked if my drink was ready and I'm assuming she was the lead, she said I'm gonna make it right now the other two girls were in a conversation with a gentleman that was there. Who was waiting in the pick up section. The girl goes to the register and says what do you want to him and she gives him a free drink. Another girl comes in that the lead knows and she gives her a free drink. I asked excuse me do you have my drink. I have recently started juicing and Juice It Up has been my place for fresh squeezed juice. I always like to order the The Pure Gold, 24oz of course. It consists of carrots, oranges, pineapple, and a touch of ginger. The taste is amazing and I feel so energized after having this drink. Ask for some ice with your Pure Gold, it will give it that cool taste. I can't forget to say the staff that works at this Juice It Up is awesome. There are better locations than this. I've been coming here for years, and I've always felt like the workers here lacked professionalism. Today when I ordered, I said I wanted a "24oz." probably three times, and the girl still asked me what size I wanted after each drink. I had to repeat myself over and over. Pay attention! I ordered 3 drinks and was never asked if I wanted a free boost in any of them. They also didn't offer me a carrier, I had to ask. The customer in front of me got his drink and left without even paying. The workers were all just hanging out and talking, and it took them a few minutes to realize that the guy didn't pay. Are you serious? I'd be concerned if I was the owner. You have three workers, and they didn't even realize. All they wanted to do was make the smoothie fast and get the customer out the door. I called 6 times earlier today to place an order ahead of time because I was going for my lunch break and wanted to save some time. Someone kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I finally got ahold of someone and he was so rude. Not even a hello, or thank you for calling. He took my order, didn't ask my name, didn't ask if I'd like anything else, didn't tell me my total or how long it would take. I got there to get my order and had ordered a rejuvenator and a carrot patch and I got 2 detoxifiers instead. I'm sad to say but I will not be returning here. juice it up just launched their immunity boosting line and i was super glad i got to try it! i got the supercharger juice which had fresh squeezed apple, orange, carrot, pineapple, and red grapes. it was super refreshing especially with the weather getting so hot lately here in socal. kinda sad that itll only be on the menu until march 31st so make sure you go try it before its too late. i also got a mighty-c immunity shot which is a blend of pineapple, ginger, red grapes and lemon juice, which is known to help your body digest and absorb protein. the ginger was definitely a little strong on this one but gotta do it for your health! im glad its permanently added to their menu along with their superfruit sunrise smoothie and immunity boost so that i can get that boost in whenever i need it. of course i couldnt not get their acai bowl. i loved how the sweet honey and granola contrasted with the freshly made acai berry base. gonna have to come back for more real soon !! read more
