I love the smoothies but the staff is a little rude :/ I ask for my drink to be made a certain way and I feel like I get attitude for it!

Customer service wasn't good. Our drinks didn't taste right but we didn't complain since our experience with the employee made clear that she wanted to soon close up the store. I did ask if there were stools to sit on since there was no place to sit inside. She said "we are only required to provide public restrooms." I hope better customer service in the future. read more

Wasn't impressed with the bowls here. I think it's safe to say smoothie bowls should be a thicker consistency topped with real fruit. My bowl was watery and topped with previously frozen fruit. So I don't recommend the bowls but the juices and smoothies are ok read more

Came here the other day to order a juice and a smoothie. When I walked in there was one lady in front of me that ordered many juices. I'm assuming for coworkers. By the time she finished her order, there were two other people behind me. After making my order, I was standing for ten minutes and saw that the First Lady behind me revived her order when she ordered AFTER me. And then I got my first drink. When I went up to retrieve it, one of the ladies at the counter asked me what my other drink was that I ordered... ?????? Really? So I reminded her. And I'm not exaggerating when I say I was standing here for 20 minutes. Other people received their drinks. I'm assuming because there were smoothies on the one lady who I think is a manager was doing that big order of juices and I had been waiting on my juice. So you only have one juice machine? I had an appointment to get to so I walked up to the counter, was clearly in view of the lady making juices. NO ONE acknowledged me. Looked at me and then looked away fast. Did you think I was standing right at he register to read the menu again? I had to yell out "excuse me" just to get your attention to get a refund. read more

This JIU location has a menu that says they juice specific veggies right there in front if you. Too bad that they weren't prepared to juice @ 10:27am. They didn't even HAVE the veggies that they advertise in stock. It's a juice place! They really need to get on the ball. EPIC FAIL!!! read more

This location is poorly managed and they don't seem to care. I took my sons to enjoy a smoothie with some gift cards, what's that? "We don't accept gift cards because our machine is down, go to the location down the street, they accept them"....what a joke!!. I guess they only like cold hard cash. I went back 4 months after that, still saying gift cards aren't happening here. Good luck with keeping your business open. I have many friends that go to the one near Home Depot and recommend the same. read more

I go to juice it up almost daily and this location is definitely my least preferred juice it up out of the 2 in corona. I only go there if it's on my route and I don't have time to go to the other juice it up. This location times seems like it's everchanging. The times on google maps don't add up. I tried to come here one night but they were closed. They close early now like at 7:30. Also the staff doesn't seem that friendly. There's always a certain guy there (must be manager or veteran staff since he's always there) and he's never that friendly and always gives me the vibe that he's suspicious of me and it's really off putting. The other girl staff are ok but kinda get that same unwelcome vibe. The last time I went, I ordered my usual drink and it tasted different and not in a good way. I get that drink almost daily and sometimes twice a day so I know if it tastes off. I gave it away and got another drink somewhere else. If you have a choice, go to the other juice it up on E Ontario by Walmart. read more

I went to this juice it up for the first time in a while.. the young lady that was working around 6 pm on March 13th was very rude and had terrible customer service being the one who made my drink. When receiving the drink I told her thank you and to have a good day. She looked at me and walked the complete opposite way that I was facing. Luckily I was having a great day and gave her a smile still while she looked like something was wrong with her face. I've never experienced that with any other person anywhere who's job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The three stars are only there because of the man that took my order. I was lied to at this place - take your business elsewhere. Brought my grandchildren here today as a reward for earning school certificates. Our order was pretty simple: one mango mania smoothie, and two strawberry smoothies, one without banana. The mango was done first. The two strawberry smoothies were done at the same time and the young man who made them put them in the turning holder on top of the counter and called out "two strawberry smoothies." When I asked him which one was without banana, he paused for a split second and then pointed at one. When we got home, we realized both strawberry smoothies had banana. When you hate banana, you can taste it. Why he would lie, rather than admit to making a mistake and remaking one is beyond me. If you are the owner of this business, I highly suggest you get rid of the lying employee. Not only does he not demonstrate good character, he could be jeopardizing your business should anyone with a food allergy be lied to about ingredients. I came here because it was the closest place that had acai bowls. The staff were moderately friendly but when I ordered my bowl it was pretty bad. The consistency of it was terrible and I just didn't like it. But I didn't want to complain, I'll just make the drive next time for a better one. read more

Service is horrible! Went in there in the am to see gloomy faces. Amber and Miranda looked so miserable. No good morning or anything. The real problem was when I placed my order and when I told Amber I was missing one she decided to argue about how I did not tell her I wanted 4, instead of just ringing me up for the missing one. So I've visited this Juice It Up several times and I'm honestly getting sick and tired of the customer service here; the employees are extremely rude (there is only one guy who works there who is very nice and respectful, he's a brunette) ... I'm never greeted when I walk in, they don't smile nor do they even have any manners to asking me if I wanted anything else, or if I wanted a boost. I walked in today and one of the girls working their had the biggest attitude.. I asked if she could substitute an item for me and she looked at me with such disrespect, it's as if she's doing me some huge favor. The other time I was there they had even made a bowl for me with FROZEN strawberries, they didn't even thaw them. I've visited other Juice It Up's before and they actually use fresh strawberries, and the guy making my bowl was also extremely rude. The manager or owner of the store needs to do something about it because honestly that's the last time I'll be going over there. read more
