Service here is terrible. I walked in and didn't get greeted, but rather was ignored for almost 10 minutes while one girl stood around doing nothing. When someone finally came to take my order, she didn't apologize for not having acknowledged me nor for the long wait, just asked for my order. On my way out, she said "Can you close the door for me?" in a rude tone, no please or anything. And to top it off, my smoothies were very watery. read more

As with most chains, hard to get much more than a 3, this location was out of Lime Sherbet on our latest visit and while the California Cooler tasted ok it would have tasted much better with the proper sherbet. The staff is nice, sometimes if the place it crowded there can be a bit of a wait for your drink but they are usually pretty efficient. read more

If you want a smoothie and you're too far away from the higher quality, friendlier and more professionally run Jamba Juice at Corona Crossings, pick the Juice It Up at Main & Ontario vs California & Ontario. I walked in and the cashier with a crew cut was extremely unfriendly behaving like I was an interruption. They're all working with food yet two employees weren't wearing head coverings and one wasn't wearing a beard net. Gross! They finished my smoothies but no one called them out until I noticed them. The windows and floors were filthy. The cold beverage case in the dining room was empty except for a few muffins. I heard them tell guests they were out of items. It's hard to have trust in the smoothies I'm drinking when I don't have confidence in the way the place is being run. That's why you need to drive past this place and either go to the JIU on Main or, better yet, drive to Jamba at Crossings. They really seem to care and it shows! read more

If the service was better I would probably give this place a better rating. The service is slow, the workers are very uninterested in providing the best service possible. I've been to a lot of juice it ups and this place is beyond slow. Maybe their understaffed, or the staff is undertrained. Definitely needs a fix. If the products weren't good I'd stop going. When I asked her what boosts they had, she pointed to a sign and continued to pick her nails. I will say the smoothies were made consistent to what were used to but the service is what threw me off enough to not bother to come to this one again. My wife wanted any smoothie that had matcha Green tea. So instead of looking it up online prior to going in, I thought I'd go inside and ask about what options they had with matcha green tea. To my surprise, after asking he replied questioning "what is that!?" So I repeated myself a couple times as i started 2nd guessing if I pronounced it wrong or if it was a dying ingredient now days...? He legit had no idea what matcha green tea was! So I stepped outside to ask my wife what shed like instead and had her look at the online menu. And as I originally thought, they did have a matcha green tea smoothie (Nirvana Matcha Green Tea). So I went inside and showed him the drink on my phone and he for real looked at me like was was crazy and asked me "Where did you get that!?!" To where I replied..."uhh your website..." It wasn't until then that he decided it would be a good idea to call over his shift manager, who informed me that that location did not carry this drink. I have no problem at all with new people. C'mon, we've all been there in our careers. But it bothered me that he was so quick to question me and give crazy looks about their own menu and products rather than asking someone else that should KNOW. So...I come to this location for the awesome GROUPONS they offer. The juice/smoothies are made just fine. I gave this store 2 stars because their customer service SUCKS! Just left after walking in to Amber at the register. She stared at us with s blank face..no hello, how are you or what can I get you? Just a blank stare. I said hello with little reaction from her. She proceeded to stand there, seemingly awaiting our order...again, with no smile or promoting...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wow! If it weren't for the Groupon I already purchased, I would have left without ordering. I live down the street from the Eagle Glen location where they have great customer interaction but my Groupon was for this location. went in there to get the $2 Apple pie smoothie thats been touted for so long. The deal was supposed to start 12/20 and last til 12/24... well I go in there on 12/20 and say I want the $2 apple pie smoothie and the kid working says "That starts tomorrow" ....wait what? I pull out my phone and show him the date is in fact the 20th, then I point to the sign on the door that clearly states "DEC 20-24th" and then he says "Oh our manager has to be here for this to work", essentially proving that he had no idea what he was talking about and tried to lie to me by saying the deal didn't start this day. Bad customer service. I got to this location at 8:55pm, I live about 15 minutes from this location and we know that they close at 9pm. I asked for 3 large carrot smothies and all they told me that they would not do it anymore because they had cleaned the machine already.
