Never have I been yelled at while at an establishment. I placed an order for pickup via a food delivery app, came in, ordered a drink and sat down. When I saw them making my drink (that was off menu on the delivery app), I went to go pick up my other smoothies and either the owner or manager there yelled at me to put the items back in the fridge. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding but she didn't have to embarrass me in front of the other patrons and coworkers. Drinks wise, everything came out the way it was supposed to but I didn't appreciate the tone. I will not be coming back to support this establishment, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Not only is the customer service rude , and unprofessional they are also completely unhelpful when confronted with an issue. Me and my bf stoped by on 5/27 To grab two smoothies. While ordering the cashier stopped to have a conversation with the other girl while looking at their phone and texting. We dismissed it as a poorly trained staff . Upon taking the drink to go we had to return within the hour as one drink had 7 shards of plastic, not including what I may have ingested prior to me almost breaking a tooth on one. when we returned to bring back the smoothie with chunks still at the bottom of the cup and 3 pieces in hand they offered no help, no knowledge by and or simply no apology which based on the previous interaction was to no surprise. All we were told was to come back Monday if we wished to speak to someone in management. We then took matters into our own hands and called corporate who had yet to give us a call. A lava flow, mango, strawberry wave, pina colada. My family enjoyed their smoothies. I think my pina colada should have been blended longer. The fibrous pineapple is unappealing. Also the chips of coconut is not what I anticipated. The texture is far from different from other pina colada smoothies I have had in the past. The location was clean and bright. I went in to get a lavender smoothie, I was excited to drink it looked so yummy. Unfortunately after getting it, it tasted like soy milk and blueberries. When I went in to get another drink I was told that " she experimented " because it doesn't have another liquid to go with it. I then asked for the pb mocha cold brew which is one I've had many times before. We'll needless to say my smoothie has no mocha in it nor around the cup! Taste like burnt coffee and peanut butter and is so thick the roof of my mouth bleed alittle from trying to suck it through the straw! I will not be returning to the location.
