Feeling hot, so we went to pick up some refreshing drinks. Plenty of parking in front. The store is clean. There were three employees working. There's a special for $5 for a medium size on Watermelon Breeze if you're a Jamba Juice member on their app. Regular price for medium drink is $7.19 so paying two dollars less is nice. My sons favorite is the Watermelon Breeze. Then I got two medium Mango a Go Go's for my hubby and myself. I asked for the immunity boost to be added for all the drinks. There's no extra charge for that. Once you give your phone number they tell you what discounts you have. I could either use the $5 one for the Watermelon breeze or $3 off. I'll save the $3 off next time I love the taste of the mango! This is why I always come back. It refreshing and cool especially on a hot summer day. We'll be back I'm sure. read more

Love this place and love the peanut butter moo'd! My drinks are always spot on and delicious. The servers are quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the afternoon sun beats down in the store. There aren't blinds or shades to block the sun, making it very warm and uncomfortable. read more

Wow, just left this Jamba Juice and I'm absolutely disgusted with the staff. We walked in, both workers just stared at us with no greeting. This wasn't a huge deal but it definitely set our expectations to what type of environment we were in. We ordered our drinks, the young lady who took our order was clearly irritated or upset, I asked her how her day was going and she asked what I meant and I just restated my question. She was very unresponsive and I told her that it seemed like both her and her colleague were in a bad mood. We proceed to place our order, I ordered a custom drink that's not in the menu. She took both of my husband and I orders. When she completed both drinks she said which one was mine, I knew immediately it was incorrect due to the color. I asked if she put raspberry in it, she said yes and I said oh I didn't ask for raspberry. She proceeds to grab the drink with a super funky attitude, she literally says nothing. No apology, no notion that she'd made a new drink, nothing! So weird! She walks in the back grabs another blender, begins to put stuff in the blender with a weird aggression, SLAMS the blender down and make the drink. When she's done she puts the drink in front of me with no words. At this point I'm like what is going on in here. I ask when will the owner of the store be in. She said they do not come in. I ask who is the manager and her colleague says I am, my mouth drops open (I'm shocked!) This young lady was just as rude and silent! At the same exact time I'm tasting my drink and it's literally not the drink I ordered. So at this point I just want my refund. We expressed our disappointment to the manger who is unapologetic and basically could care less. She gives us the refund, I leave the drink on the table, and we walk out and drive over to juice it up. I would absolutely love to see a new staff in this Jamba Juice. I ordered Jamba through door dash and it was quite simple however it did take a while to get to me but that was probably on Doordash. I ordered a couple different smoothies and one of their fruit bowls. The smoothies were great and the bowl wasn't too bad either but definitely not worth the price. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they were apologetic about the bad experience I received at this location. I ordered and paid on the app. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was informed that they had no strawberries. The core ingredient in two of the smoothies I already paid for and in many of their other smoothies. They made the one smoothie they did have the ingredients for wrong. They said their juicer was down and couldn't produce the wheat grass shots that I had already paid for. Had I been informed of all this prior to driving over there I would have just canceled my order. Worse than all of this, both kids working there had no gloves on while cleaning, making smoothies, cutting fruit etc. Didn't even wash their hands when transitioning from cleaning, handling receipts, picking up trash to handling food. Management is obviously seriously disengaged at this point. Disappointing to say the least. read more

I love Jamaba juice but this one is very unprofessional and always have issues. When I first arrived there was no one here it was 9:30, then when I tried to order the internet was off so I couldn't use my app to redeem my rewards she said I couldn't do that, then I tried to pay with my gift card she said I couldn't do that, overall a terrible experience. This is the second time I've come to this location and they can't help me because they ain't trained right. I went in asking for the orange carrot karma and the worker whom was a female working at 10:20 am on feb 21, 2020, looked as if they didn't even know the name of the drink. Not only that but I asked for the drink without sherbet due to me being allergic and the worker said she couldn't make it without that because it would then be only orange juice. I have substituted the dairy before and the worker gave me an attitude and couldn't help me. I think that the customer service here is horrible and I think the workers need to trained better. For $6, they blend up some reduced fat milk, bananas, peanut butter, whey protein, and honey. The employees like to keep the line moving. This place is run terribly. It has one guy in the front on the register and when I went to get a smoothie he told me he was on break and couldn't clock in until his break was over. He told me to come back after 5 minutes. This was amazingly the second time. The other time I went it was the same guy saying that the register was closed and that I needed to wait for the manager. When I first walked in I had to wait a good 5-7 minutes just to give my order and only one person was there. Then the girl takes my order which was a medium sized order. I ordered 3 açaí bowls two waffles a mango smoothie two shots and a sandwich. Not only did it take a LONG time for the girl to complete the order (maybe she was new) but two more customers came in and the other girl in the back kept rolling her eyes at her instead of coming up front to help. When finally she thought she completed my order she said "thank you enjoy your day" I noticed she never gave me my Mango a go go and my cayenne pepper for my shot. I didn't ask for a receipt bc she repeated the order back when I first ordered and she said the mango smoothie. But she said "well you didn't order the smoothie" but even my sister agreed I ordered it and she heard. Then the other lady said "We can charge you again separately" if you still want it.. I was upset bc my sister heard and she literally said "charge AGAIN separately".. so I walked out without my smoothie or a completed shot. I was fully charged for.
