Came here for the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries and was quite disappointed, they should definitely cut up the strawberries, I got around 7 strawberries that were huge and took up the whole cup while leaving huge gaps. This place was fine for the tea quality and the drinks but it was a bit close to closing time, so the ingredients were possibly on their way out to the trash. The service was fine, but I think that the near closing time took a toll on the overall experience (30 minutes before close). The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly are about making the most profit and taken advantage of their one employee that works the shift. It's always just one employee and they are always overworked. Today we waited over 45 minutes for 3 drinks because again only 1 employee and he also had to tend to the bathroom and lack of toilet paper for a waiting customer. This is abuse. Managed to make it here on their last BOGO day for their Grand Opening promotion. It's a very new, trendy looking store and it's pretty cool that this chain is branching out in the IE, since there aren't that many in the 626 (at least not close to me). Service is quick and efficient and they're willing to make lots of adjustments to your drinks and will let you know when it's not possible to do so. I really like that they have SO MUCH variety on their menu with customization and that they have seasonal special and limited edition collaboration drinks. We got the: 1) Kung Fu Milk Tea: -Zero sugar, large size. -Despite being zero sugar, this was still pretty naturally sweet with the milk that they use. You can taste the nice, slightly roasted tea flavor. -If you don't know what to drink and want to go with a standard flavor, this is a safe bet. 2) Cocoa Cream Wow: -Large size. They can't adjust the sweetness since it comes from the brown sugar syrup that they have in the boba, but you can ask them to adjust the scoops, so there is a bit less of it, which I did. -Taste like a brown sugar milk. Simple, not bad, but I did NOT like the boba at all. Really slimy on the outside and hard on the inside. I'd skip getting boba as a topping next time. -This was our BOGO drink with the Kung Fu Milk tea. 3) Minion Mischief: -One of their limited time special collaborations. -It's a very interesting, fruity, tropical drink. -There's the blue milk cap, resembling the Minion's overalls. It's just blue sugar added to their regular milk cap. -It's a mixture of passionfruit, lemon juice, lactose free creamer, and cane sugar. -Very cute, colorful drink. I enjoyed the fruity flavor and the creamy, smoothie like texture of it since it did not get icy, but it DOES get pretty sweet, so adjustments should be made. Since they're currently doing their Minions collaboration, the cups have minions on them and so do their lids. Love it! I will get the oreo wow less sweet in a size small and I am obsessed. The wow boba is so good! I will typically do the self order screen, but they make the drinks pretty quickly, and the seating areas nice! I like the lighting, the accent colors and the overall vibe. We discussed getting some potato wedges from starters next door and then grabbing boba as a hang out lol yuuum The bathroom was super clean and is an all gender single restroom. Now time for the drinks! Drum roll ^^^ I got the taro slush with Oreos 70% sweet. I wish I would have gotten it double or triple blended. I had so many ice chunks I felt like I was eating a boba replacement. Simple note for next time. As for flavor it was bomb. The Oreo added an extra texture so it'll be on the notes as well. We kept passing by this NEW KFT Redlands location as we were driving to/from doing errands and were wondering when they were going to open! We finally saw on their IG page that they were having a soft open on that very same day so we decided to stop in. Since it was the first day of their soft opening, I am being a little generous with the stars and will review again in the future. Establishment/location: Easy to locate, next to Stater Bros and Dominos Pizza. Parking was OK at the time, but if this place gets busy, I can see parking being somewhat of an issue. The inside of the establishment is nice and clean as it is new. There are tables/chairs inside to drink tea and hang out. There are 2 main digital menus next to the cashier that displays the drinks they have. Service: They were really busy as it was their first day opening so we waited ~40 minutes to get 1 drink (!!). There were multiple people behind the counter working but because they are new and this was their first day, I understand.. it was just a little frustrating at that time since it was a hot day. Again, this was the first day so I'm planning to review again during a future visit. The cashier was really friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, they were also having technical difficulties at that time so they were only accepting cash and venmo only.. Hopefully that has been fixed. Drinks: We just decided to get 1 drink as it looked pretty busy (which it was!) and got the wintermelon tea (no milk) with modifications. The problem (or plus side) is that they have so many options of drinks to choose from that it can be a bit overwhelming. Love the aesthetics of this place; very modern and clean looking. I placed a mobile order and came in like 3minutes after and it was already prepared! I ordered light ice and 50% sweetness for the Taro milk tea and added boba. Even with 50% sweetness it was a bit too sweet, possibly from the extra syrup in the boba. The boba itself was undercooked (or maybe overcooked? ) It didn't have that chewy texture throughout, it was pretty firm. The Taro milk tea flavor was very mild, but it was more milk than tea flavored, which I like better anyway; it makes it taste creamy instead of watered down. read more

My boyfriend and I frequent here a lot. We love coming here to get our boba fix. Usually we would order online and just pick up or pay with the cashier (we don't know his name but he's great).
