I used to frequent this location but stopped coming because they were never opened on time or I had to wait too long for my drink. I recently started going back because I've been having some dental work done. I've been getting the same drink for the last month. I get it at this location and at the one in Redlands. I get the açaí bowl that can be made into a smoothie. The one with peanut butter. Yesterday, my sister went for me and waited outside for 15 minutes for them to open and just ended up leaving. I called the store and I am assuming it was the owner he said that he seen her driving away that he was coming from the back. 8:30 is the opening time, she left around 8:45. This morning I asked her to try again for me. She ordered 2 drinks. A strawberry banana smoothie and the açaí one that I normally get. Mines was made wrong. On the second time I called the store, the phone was answered. I let the guy know (the owner) that we had just got 2 drinks and one of them was wrong. He immediately became defensive and let me know he was the owner and that he made them and that it wasn't wrong. I told him it was missing the peanut butter and he just started talking over me saying that he knows that it was right because he's the owner and he made it. I told him I've had this drink many times before and it wasn't right. He said I just couldn't taste it. He said the peanut was in there and that I just must not taste it. I said, sir it's a completely different color and then he got loud with me repeating he was the owner and he made it right but I could bring it in. I asked him why was he talking to me loud and in that tone he said because he knows that he made it right. I told him it's sad because you've just lost a customer and he said okay, that's fine with me. Maybe like 10 mins later, he called back but I wouldn't speak to him. At this point, there's not need to have any other conversation with him. I'm just going to accept my almost $15 loss and never go to this location again. I will drive further to get better customer service. read more

Service was horrible. I walked in and employee acknowledge me from the back kitchen area. I was in a hurry to get to work. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before anybody actually came out to take my order once the gentleman came out and took my order. He took another customers order as well. Note that I was there about 15 minutes and place my order first however he proceeded to make the customer after me his drink first since it was a smoothie my order a pressed juice after completing the other customers order the employee proceeded to prepare my order. He began to put the vegetables through the juice press using no gloves.!! I literally stopped at to set up every day, and I have not once seen an employee not wear glove protection when touching exposed vegetables nor did I notice him wash his hands. I asked him to remake the drink. The look in his face was very unpleasing we made my shoes and pretty much for the half a cup with orange juice And beats . I specifically asked for a custom drink. I've been here a few times, But today was another experience. I ordered my drink at 12:30 and I didn't leave the store till 1:05. I went during rush hour so I expect to maybe wait a little longer, but not this long. I sat there on my phone kept looking up as I watched them running around like crazy.They had zero communication on what they had going on. Didn't seem like there was one person doing online orders and one doing in store orders. They were all over the place. I noticed my drink was in the blender for at least 15 minutes. I finally asked how much longer it was gonna be when he finally decided to get my drink out the blender after he worked around it the entire time.finally served it to me all runny it was no longer a smoothie.I asked after realized it was probably my drink when I started seeing people leave that ordered after me.
