Menu is easy to read and see. I got the acai base with tropical toppings. Goldie got a green juice drink. The acai came out beautifully decorated and the presentation was fabulous. What a great & refreshing snack! This place has a juices, smoothies & bowls (range of açaí, pitaya & others), along with a small light foods menu. Four stars because of the price. I mean you're gonna be spending like $10+ on an item that I see as a snack. I can't wrap my head around the menu items being a meal (which I suppose can totally be a meal replacement), but I see this place as more of a snack or dessert place. Wouldn't come here for a smoothie or anything on the food menu, but I would say their bowls are worth a try & a great alternative to ice cream since it's similar to shaved ice with lots of fresh toppings options. My favorite acai bowl place was running low on ingredients due to the times and that wasn't their fault, but at the same time I wanted what I wanted so I had to look elsewhere. I came across this place in a delivery app and was intrigued by the different types of bases you could get besides acai: caribbean (orange/yellow fruit blend), green (spinach, kale, kiwi), pitaya (dragonfruit), chia flax pudding, blue magic (??? secret blue stuff), and darth vader (activated charcoal and nutella). The topping combinations were plentiful but for my regular acai bowl I got the Rio (banana, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, coconut, oats). It arrived at my door early and looked delicious. I noticed that when I dug my spoon into it the acai was frozen, I mean, pieces of ice in it. I was taken aback but not put off by that. It just means that they're keeping it super cold as they should be and if I didn't like that I could've easily let it thaw out some. The taste was just a little sweet and a little different than what I've had in the past, but it could be that I've been eating it with added sugar. I really enjoyed it. And when you first step in the store you see a virtual artwork of fruits, vegetables and enough NUTELLA to feed a small nation. But for us, that is where the magic ended. The host was less than pleasant and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He was not rude or ugly, but I would not consider him very helpful either. The food came out like an artwork, arranged with perfectly, but the flavors did not match the picture. The Pitaya Bowl fruit was delicious, but the açaí and granola were not as flavorful. Same with the house salad, the dressing was delicious but the greens were uninspiring. Since this was my first time, I may just have to learn how to order exactly want I want. The freshness of the fruit would be worth trying to figure this out. read more

Really tasty bowl, really expensive product. Everything these days seems to be customizable and this juice/bowl/smoothie/salad place is somewhat following suit. With the bowls, you can choose from one of seven bases - açaí, pitaya, green, caribbean, chia flax pudding, blue magic, darth vader. For an extra $1, you can mix and match. Then you can choose one of 10 topping combinations, that include everything from fruit, oats (granola), honey, coconut, peanut butter, nuts, bee pollen, almond butter, and even condensed milk. I appreciate the fact that they show the calories on the menu. I ordered the pitaya bowl base which had pitaya, mango, pineapple, and banana and it was topped with chunky monkey ($8.50 + tax and tip), which had strawberries, bananas, oats, honey, coconut, and cacao nibs. The base was mildly sweet, which contrasted well with the very sweet topping. It was good, very good, but not the best bowl I've had. The owner's father mentioned that prices are high because they use quality, organic products. I would more than happily pay less for non-organic products as that isn't important to me. But that seems to be important to them here. The new thing on the national scene is more of a chipotle-style bowl with a variety of bases that can be combined and unlimited toppings of your choice. Maybe one day Juice Tap will move to this model as well. I think that in that case the price would be more than justified. read more

The staff is nice and patient as most people can't decide on the various options. I had the green smoothie/Acai bowl. It was a 1/2 and 1/2 base for $1 upcharge. The fruit is always fresh, and it's a great contrast to the smoothie concoction at the bottom of the bowl that's cool and refreshing, the Nutella gives you the sweet chocolate feeling of something way to decadent to be good for you but it really is. My only complaint is that there isn't one on the Westside of town yet but I hope that changes soon. Try it out, you won't be disappointed read more
