Italian toast and vanilla cold brew
    Amber S.

Fla Juice and Bowl is one of my favorite go-to places for a smoothie, iced coffee, and avocado toast! Conveniently located in San Marco, this spot has both indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy the weather. I very much appreciate that they are consistent with their quality. I've never had a bad experience or left disappointed. The service is always friendly, there is ample seating, and it's a nice place to just chill out. My favorites are the Strawberry Fields smoothie (the vanilla and dates make this one unique!) and Italian toast with tomatoes, mozzarella, and prosciutto. One of these days I'll try something else, but they did these two so well that I can't stop myself!

Delicious lox on toast and iced chai latte. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Multiple seating options. Can get a little loud but nothing too crazy. In a wonderful location for walking and ample parking available.

I ve heard many times that the Poke nachos are delicious so I finally got a chance to try them myself. The Nachos were just as described. Even after running around at work, the chips remained crunchy. Very shocking because the sauce was not skimped on. The flavors all compliment each other well. Now what could use work, I tried the online ordering and was unable to do so. Like 3x tried. But per the cashier it was working so I'm going to say it was a "me" thing. The restaurant decor was sleek, clean, spacious. The patio was pretty big. There's the exposed brick, NY feel. I didn't like that I was asked a name when ordering on the phone but a number was yelled out for order pick up so my food sat a bit before I realized it was on the counter. Other than those things I would def go back. The menu has many options I'd like to give a try.

Slow and delayed service seems to be a trend here. When I finally got my smoothie it was pretty unappetizing so I'm sad about that after spending $9. I love smoothies and especially fresh Acai bowls (my absolute favorite things) but maybe I ordered the wrong thing because I barely tasted any sweetness from the fruit in my smoothie, it was mainly a bitter taste that was not appetizing at all. The smoothie I got was called Coco Acai, it had banana in it so I was sure I'd get a little sweetness from the fruit but the amount of cacao in it overtook entirely and the banana tasted too ripe so lots of bitter flavors. The smoothie also had their Acai base which has zero sweetness it seems, so I would just be aware if you tend to like a little bit of sweet in your smoothies or Acai base. Also adding peanut butter did not help, the PB was bitter and cost me $2 :( I like to go to fresh, local smoothie and Acai places not just big chain companies like Tropical Smoothie so I've never really experienced this issue otherwise. Probably not going to be a regular spot for me which is unfortunate because their menu is very big. I'm not sure if maybe something was off that day or if they really don't add any sweetened flavors to their smoothies but just not what I'm used to.

THE BEST açaí bowl in Jax! And the ladies who work here are always so sweet when my boyfriend and I visit! Kylie D helped us today! :)

It pains me to leave a less than 5 star review of a place I once Raved about and continuously shared on social media. My experience here yesterday was terrible. 30 minute wait for 1 açaí bowl. There were 4 girls behind the counter, and the shop was not busy when I ordered - only a couple of customers. After ordering, a few customers came in to order after me. 15-20 minutes go by, no update or sign of the açaí bowl even being started. After 20-25 mins; the customer who ordered maybe 5 mins before me seemed a little irate and told the girls behind the counter he'll take whatever they have of his order as is. Seems like I wasn't the only one who had slow/poor service and lack of communication on Fl juice & bowl's end. If I knew ahead of time that there was a 30 min wait while ordering at the counter, I would have just grabbed the pre made juices and skipped ordering a fruit bowl all together. I had a clients pet's on stand by waiting for me to get to Jax beach to tend to their needs. This 30 min set back had me worried that one of the animals I was caring for might have an accident in the house while waiting for me (plus the owners of these pets have cameras all over their house- they know what time I come and go) I can understand being slightly delayed with an order maybe 5-15 mins behind if proper communication has been displayed the entire time; but thirty minutes for one fruit bowl? Hell nothing even needs to be cooked for an order like that. I definitely saw 2 or 3 of the 4 girls just standing there behind the counter, wondering what to do while more orders were coming thru on the ticket counter. Seeing this while more orders needed to be made stressed me out for them. New employees?, the irate customer in front of me?, I don't know what the thirty minute hold up was but I do remember coming in here early 2023 and my one acai bowl taking a very long time to receive as well (not thirty minutes, but too long for one order). This visit yesterday - once at my destination, I also noticed I had a huge chunk of frozen acai or ice right in the middle of my bowl that was not blended what so ever. The pressed juices were good. Everything photographed so well too. The fruit used was fresh. This could have been just a bad day for the shop. Given my last couple of visits here, I probably won't be stopping in this San Marco location any time soon. The pressed juices were good.

Really great service the staff was nice. I got the fall pumpkin iced chai latte that was full of pumpkin flavor.

I left not so happy, service was slow and time was precious to me at that time. While waiting for my order to go I saw others who had to return due to missed items they requested in their to go bags who were not happy also. The service is young and we encourage them but differently needs improvement. No creamer for coffee and no white sugar but they have cane. The beans they brew are Counter Coulture and they are great. The Cocoa Acai bowl was very good also. No problems with their products and their menu has a huge variety. If I have extra time to wait I will try again if not I'll pass.

Excellent healthy alternative for fresh pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and poké bowls. Pleasant staff and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. They even sell beer, mimosas, and coffee to spice things up a bit.

Easy parking and access in San Marco. The pole bowls are basic but extremely filling and tasty. Of course, you can't visit without trying the amazing juices or smoothies. They have plenty pre-made items ready to go as well. If you're stuck on what item to pick because there's many choices, ask any employee and they're happy to help. If you want somewhere to study or have a casual meeting, there is more than enough seating indoors. I appreciate being able to see the prep area through the glass screens and it is always clean and organized back there.

I visited Fla Juice & Bowl today! They have such a nice and cozy seating area inside and outside. The outside seating area has plenty of shade for our hot Florida summer days. I love how you can sit outside and watch the cars and people walk by. I ordered And Açaí bowl. It was served with bright colored frozen fruits! It was such a pretty bowl. The açaí tasted like something was missing though but I devoured it anyway. It was kinda of tart tasting. At that point I wished I had gotten extra honey. I ordered the poké nachos but they were too salty for me. I've cut salt out of my diet so my tastebuds are probably super sensitive. The nachos were also beautifully presented! I will return and try a smoothie and maybe a sweet toast. I was excited to see that they had lox toast so I'll definitely be trying that also. I personally won't order the açaí and nachos again but they are worth a try.

This is one of my favorite places in Jacksonville. It's a nice part of San Marcos and the inside is very clean and modern. They have all kinds of Açaí bowls, smoothies,'s toast. I got the cocoa bowl and it was an açai base with blueberries, bananas, cocoa nibs, coconut and granola. My girlfriend got the original bowl that had blueberries strawberries bananas and Goji berries on it with granola. The bowls are a great price for the portion you get. The staff was very friendly too!! I would recommend this place to anybody

Not in a bad way, but in that unmistakable health-food-store aroma that tells you there are herbs, oils, supplements, organic everything, and probably someone blending wheatgrass in the back with spiritual conviction. I walked in thinking I'd grab a couple of health bars or maybe a smoothie, and suddenly I found myself in what felt like a live-action documentary about modern hippie culture. Real hippies. I'm talking long dreads, natural fabrics, calm serene smiles, and an energy that says they own a crystal collection and know each crystal by name. The vibe inside was amazing. Everyone looked like they were on their own personal wellness quest, floating around the aisles with purpose, shopping carts full of things I didn't even know existed. I felt like I needed to level up spiritually just to stand near the kombucha section. And the café area had this cozy, earthy coolness to it that almost convinced me to sit down and contemplate the meaning of life over a smoothie bowl. The whole experience was wild in the best possible way. Grassroots Natural Market wasn't just a store that day. It was a full-on immersion into the hippie heart of Jacksonville, and honestly, it was fabulous.

To whom this may concern: do yourself a favor and consider having a smoothie as a meal replacement…read more Or you could still have your meal and a smoothie as an addition, either way. I've always enjoyed a refreshing smoothie, whether it was for nutritional purposes, recovery, meal replacement or as a treat. There's a smoothie shop around town I used to visit frequently, especially on the days their smoothies were only $5. I found myself fasting for the day so I could have a 32oz smoothie, talk about dedication! Since those days, I've slowed and started eating my meals as opposed to drinking them. Just recently a few co-workers stumbled upon this shop, which is located in the Aetna building. They'd raved about a Fruity Pebbles smoothie, yea, like the cereal, with Fred Flintstones on the box, uhn huh, that one. This was just one of the flavors offered come to find out. After hearing about this, I had to check this out for myself. The shop is small and compact, if I had to guess, the occupancy would hold twenty people. More important are the two tanning machines on the inside. Yea, you can order a smoothie, get a quick tan and be on your way there after. Don't ask, I'm not sure why they're in there. On the board are your options: Veggie, Weight Gainers and Popular smoothies. Each smoothie can be customized with or without protein. They even offer a "smootie" of the week. Ha! I've been able to visit a few times and I'll say this, the manager of the store, Tiffany, will not steer you wrong. She mentioned to me, "When I make smoothies, I make them like their my own". And that she does and very well! I've had the PB&J, the M&M and the Chocolate covered strawberry, each taste exactly like the name given. Amongst those, my favorite is the PB&J! I couldn't believe how accurate the flavors were. If you're not a fan of smoothies, there are energy drinks, coconut water and water that can be purchased but why bother? If you happen to be near Prudential, stop in Aetna and head down to the Riverview Proshop. TL:DR Smoothies! Buy a smoothie, buy two, double fist it! Get the PB&J flavor!
