I usually get the bucket with 1/2 lb. ea of shrimp, snow crab legs, and sausage in Juicy Sauce, with corn and potatoes. This easily makes two meals. (I do wish you could swap out the sausage for something else.) Their hushpuppies, and crab fries are great! The calamari, crab cakes, and sweet potato fries were good. I was not that impressed with the coleslaw or cheese sticks. The dine in experience is fun for kids because they have robot "bus staff" to clear the tables! The restaurant is super casual and bright and airy with both booths and tables with chairs. Definitely give this a try. It is on the expensive side, but the seafood is really good quality. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally got to. Although they were a bit understaffed, we were seated fairly quickly and the food came out pretty fast. Our server, Caniyah, was amazing! She had a lot of tables to attend to but made sure to consistently come back to check on us and overall was so kind! We were first given a basket of popcorn as a little starter which was different but we loved it! We got the Crawfish and Shrimp with the Juicy special seasoning and medium spice. This is our first time here. The popcorn at tables was odd and burnt lol...the atmosphere is super quiet ...music barely playing. The boil bags were absolutely wonderful! The Cajun and garlic sauce was top notch! The corn was the only downfall....hopefully they will use fresh corn this summer...the sausage was so-so. The food to me was great! Our server was super friendly and sweet and treated me and my family very well especially since we were the last family of the night lol. The ambiance was given SpongeBob under the sea vibes lol. But overall the food I'll give it a 8/10 and why because the sauce was all the way at the bottom of the bag and I had to fight my way down to the bottom of the bag in order to do it lol. But thank you for hosting us and being super sweet to my family. Oh also I was thrown off by the popcorn for dinner lol I guess that's like their bread waiting for the food to arrive. We were looking for a spot to eat after church so, I googled and came across this place. Ambiance - I loved the nautical theme here, even down to the rope light fixtures. You can tell you stepped into a place that represents good seafood. Food - Three of us got boil bags. One got the juicy pasta. The kids had fried seafood baskets. Everyone's food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I had enough food to bring home. Service - 10 out of 10. Our server kept coming to check in on us and refilled our drinks several times. Truly exceptional! We stopped by this place looking for some good grab boil noticing there aren't a ton of options around. I was pleasantly surprised to see the food was great. The staff was polite and friendly. The service was very quick. Even the tables have little puzzles for the kids and they provide crayons etc. the ambiance is nice with traditional seafood inspired decorations and a little robot assistant that carries the food for the waitress. Everything really was too notch and while the price isn't cheap it's a pretty fair price for crab especially if this quality. read more

Idk! Went to Juicy Bucket on Saturday and I will start with our server Jonathan! Such a very attentive guy and was always there for our needs. He made sure we had everything and gave special attention to the kids and their orders. Definitely ask for Jonathan. As far as the food, I was not really crazy about it. The sausage in the seafood boil is very salty. The crab cakes seemed frozen, with too much filler. The fried oyster was ok, the fries were good. Will we return? I will start off by saying that this restaurant is new and a bit rough around the edges where the service is concerned. It seems like they are still figuring that part out, but they do it with a smile. We stopped by to check them out, and the flavors were good. Upon arrival, we were seated within 20 minutes. I noticed that the bar didn't have any spirits on the shelves. I asked the waitress, and she said that they would be serving cocktails within the coming weeks. While it took us some time to actually get our food, we were pleasantly surprised. The crab legs and shrimp were a decent size. The sausage was tasty. The hush puppies were crispy with the right amount of sweetness. We even enjoyed the complimentary chips and popcorn even though they said that they were out of them at first. Overall, I think this place is a nice addition to the Stafford restaurant scene in terms of seafood. I will definitely check them out again. 4 Stars! read more

We were seeking a decent seafood restaurant to take mom for her birthday, as she loves the style of seafood where you get dirty picking crabs, eating shrimp, etc. and came across this place. Seems it just opened about 7 months ago, but the reviews online were amazing, so we decided to give it a try as a party of 6 on a Sunday night. Not knowing if it would be busy, we called and made reservations about a week out. We showed up around 6PM for our reservation and there were about 5 other tables sat, but plenty open. Within 45 mins, they were nearly fully packed! The concept is interesting and similar to other "fill a bucket" style seafood joints, where you pick from a large of list items you want in your bucket (head on or head off shrimp, blue crab, snow crab, lobster tail, sausage, clams, etc) and they throw in corn and new potatoes. You also pick the sauce style you want (cajun, garlic butter, lemon, etc) and then a heat level. They boil everything up and serve it in a large bag in your pan (sort of a shallow bucket) which you can dump into the pan to eat from. We opted for wings to start and they were actually pretty good, not the typical breaded and fried wings, but they were fried and then tossed in their hot style sauce they provide with the seafood entrées. Their hush puppies were incredible, soft and very flavorful! Cajun fries were also very good. We tried different style of buckets, from the Ultimate (which had everything) to picking our own with Cajun Hot or Garlic Butter Mild. They all tasted excellent! The shrimp in all of them was incredible! The lobster in those that had lobster was over-cooked, thus it was very hard to pick and eat. The crabs were amazing as were the clams and sausage (I think the sausage is andouille). Overall, the food was excellent and far exceeded the very low expectations we had when we came here! The drinks needed help, as refills were slow to come and the initial order of beer took forever as well. Also, they serve a very odd mixture of popcorn and corn chips when you sit down, with no dip (nor context), it just seemed odd and looked odd too. It's OK to get your hands dirty as they have sinks upfront to wash up after you're done eating. Service from the server we had was very nice, he was pleasant and helpful. It could easily be 5 stars if they would fix a few things, like wait time (we waited a bit for our food), the preparation of different types of seafood (the lobster was over done and the crab cake wasn't very impressive) and the drink service. They have a very sad looking bar too, which they need to step up, so can have a nice cocktail program! We'll definitely return and would suggest stopping in! read more

First off the customer service was excellent. The setting was so nice it very warm and welcoming. The setting was clean and comforting. For an appetizer my husband and I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. Delicious and super cheesy. Of course came our meal. Everything was great. Perfectly flavored and just enough to fill me up. I enjoyed my food with a Long Island iced tea. However it was like 95% liquor and 5% tea lol. It's ok though I chugged it. My only concern was the crab was a tad bit over cooked. Delicious Crab! I didn't have a struggle pulling the meat out of the shell. Stayed together beautifully. The sausage was ok, tasted similar to a standard Kielbasa you'd find in the store. The potatoes were cooked to an al-dente. The corn was good. The shrimp was clean. Don't fear the popcorn and chips, I feel this doesn't represent the restaurants quality, and personally left a bad first impression with me. Tasting the actual entree proved my initial worries wrong. Compared to Red Crab (7/18/22): Slightly lower priced snow crab for a slightly higher quality. I feel that the sausage at Red Crab was better, however there isn't much of a difference when it's coated in the seasonings. The wait was about the same, and that depends on the crowd. My wife ordered a shrimp and crawfish boil bag. Both half pound of each and when I got home to look at my food there was literally 5 crawfish in the bag. I know by weight 20 to 30 come in a pound so a half pound should at least be 10 at the very least, and to only get 5 is crazy.
