However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

Like I said, this was my first visit here, and upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone for almost 10 minutes. The receptionist wasn't present, and the two female stylists in the salon had clients but didn't even acknowledge me. That gave me negative vibes instantly. I have to use at least 3 tools for my hair to be presentable enough to go ou in public. Yesterday I spent $100 on a curling iron hoping that would help me. My hair is still too short to curl. I got a lash lift by Sarah and a spray tan by Claire and now I will be addicted!! Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence! It lasted a full 10 days for me and I loved it! My eyelashes are also amazing and it is so nice to wake up in the morning with a lift already done! My husband has noticed them and loves the look as well! I will be a lash lift client for life now! I had never had a spray tan or lash lift prior to this experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! I got my hair done the day before by Lilly and she was incredible! For context I have brown hair and I've gotten two different balayage treatments done to make it much lighter in the last 6 months by different hair dressers. The co-owners work in the shop themselves, which I think helps overall customer service and performance. Taylor did my cut - she was good with listening to what I wanted done, but then also being willing to offer ideas and direction when I asked. Overall, I was very pleased with my cut and style and plan to go back for my next cut! FYI - they also have a room upstairs where you can buy and selling pageant or prom dresses!

She described the process in detail and went above and beyond to answer my questions. She was able to get my hair exactly the way I wanted it and more. We had a Brazilian blowout on the books for next month. I will definitely be back for her to pamper me and make me more beautiful!
