I decided to stay since Dr Lee trusted him then I will trust him too. At this time the staff was great and the doctor was great as well. I have come many times since then. But recently he had a staff change and unfortunately my file had some issues. First my root canal approval was never sent in. I waited over a month and every time I would call or inquire when I was at another appointment they would say it had not came in yet. But it was never sent. A lot of back and forth happened and different solutions to the problem we're presented. After almost 2 months of going back and forth with the front staff Anthony figured out that not only was my referral not sent in for my root canal but it was supposed to be sent and to the specialist that was at another location. I should have already had this done but because there was false information given to me I've been waiting for almost 2 months. Anthony told me to come in that Friday to get the referral to take to the other location. He mentioned to call first to make sure it was ready for me to pick up. I called in to let them know that Anthony had told me that I had to pick up the referral to finally get an appointment at the correct dentist to do the root canal. I was told that they would call me when it was ready for pickup. I was very hesitant to take this advice due to them not returning calls in the past. I got no call that day and no call the next day and they were closed on Sunday so I went in first thing on Monday morning. I tried to explain to the girls what's been going on and that I was there just to pick up the referral that I had initially called for and was told to pick up but I never received a call back for 2 days now. Right away Ellie or Ella was very rude and disrespectful to me telling me that I had to get reevaluated when Anthony and Brianna are already told me I did not. When I tried to explain that to her she got more aggressive and told me what did I want her to do.?.... I've been coming here for many years and referred friends and family and to be treated with such rudeness and disrespect I will not be returning to this location. None of this was my fault. It wasn't my fault that my root canal authorization never got sent in. It was never my fault that I could not get a return phone call from the staff to tell me what was going on with my file. It wasn't my fault that the staff made the error.. So please make it make sense to why I'm being treated disrespectfully by this woman that I've never dealt with are seen before in the office till today. She could have tried to understand what I was trying to tell her and figure it out what the next steps were since they keep giving me the runaround and dropping the ball. I'm very sad and disappointed that I will have to find a new dentist but I am not going to keep going through this disrespect with the front staff. I had some work done by previous dentist that was not done like it should have been done. Bridges loose & I mean I could move it around. Another bridge which was done on my upper front that reminded me of a beaver. Dr S planned and has made suggestions that made so much more sense to than any other dentist I had seen in years. Bottom line is so much dental work performed by other dentist had to be redone because of not being done correctly & was causing me pain & discomfort. I have only seen maybe 4 dentist in 20 years and the past 3 years my issues were being patched instead of being done properly. Dr S planned & have fixed half of my problems I came in with. I went to him at the beginning of 2025 & teeth pulled, implants, filling, cleanings & now planning for this 6 teeth bridge in my upper front to be removed. I just can't explain the interest & his passion he has shown me for so many issues since I've been in his care. I am so grateful for him & his staff. His staff is so professional & personnel. I'm greeted with professionalism, no long wait times, back office staff I really like them all, Nora the financial manager has been so on top of the billing of my insurance & lastly office is very clean & organized. I know it sounds unbelievable and it is, you'd have to personally experience it yourself. This office has been 10 minutes from me for years & I stumbled on them & gave them a chance because I had gotten so distrusting of dentist. I have referred several family members & friends to him. I called my insurance to confirm that indeed they would pay for it. I then called back and told them, they said they would get a pre-authorization and would call me, never heard from them. The day before my cleaning they called to confirm my appointment and I asked if they got the pre authorization and they said they hadn't submitted it but to go ahead and come in. I told them they had 2 months to get it all they had to do was call them and confirm that the code they were using is indeed covered. They said they had to get the authorization in, which they hadn't yet submitted. I cancelled my appointment and told them that when they got there act together and got the authorization to call me to schedule the appointment. It is now June and they have not called. I will not ever go back there as I have changed dentist.

I wanted to share here what a wonderful experience I had at this dental office. I had a cracked…read moretooth that I needed to treat emergent. I've passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. I was taken back for x rays by Taylor, who is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever had. I hate the dentist and she made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves. I ended up needing a crown, and on the day of the procedure, Taylor was there and calmed my nerves again. Everyone was helping me through it. The procedure wasn't painful at all! The next day I came in to get my permanent crown and I was welcomed by Bernice. She walked me through the steps and helped me work out a payment method. She's very sweet. Dr. Chioma and Taylor made sure I had a very calming experience and talked me through everything. Dr. Chioma knew my gums and teeth were sensitive so she was able to numb my gums a bit before the crown fitting and the cleaning afterwards. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I haven't had a filling or any issues with my teeth in 30 years, but went in with minor sensitivity (not pain) above a front tooth and my routine cleaning at Greenspot Crossings Dentistry. I left with $4500 in recommendations, which included claiming a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary along with a root canal and crown on my front tooth with a recommendation for the other front tooth as well for cosmetic reason. Not to mention claiming I had 2 other cracked teeth and 2 other wisdom teeth with cavities which should get pulled. I paid $130 out of pocket to get a second opinion from a dentist outside my network who was recommended from people I know and trust and he said we should monitor the tooth with sensitivity with follow up xrays in a couple months, but none of the other recommendations were needed. AND if they ever did a root canal on a front tooth they would never crown it where I would basically lose the whole tooth. I hope this review saves someone else the stress and headache they caused me. I will never go back.
