Unlike many other agents who delegate open house duty to inexperienced colleagues, Lori supervises the open houses herself. One thing that really stands out about Lori is how ethical she is. We've done a few transactions in Palo Alto and I've learned to take what most agents say with a grain of salt. Lori is honest and upfront with everything. I'd trust her even if I was on the opposite side of the transaction. I know this because I once bought a property from her through a different buying agent! Another thing I like about Lori is her constant and detailed communication. When selling a multi-million dollar home, I expect to hear all updates immediately.
