Within two days I had lost about 10 lashes on one eye and the set didn't look like the picture I was shown initially. As a first time customer I was disappointed. I decided to call this location within the 3 day grace period and I was scheduled an appointment immediately. I told them about the fallout I had with the lashes and how it didn't match what I asked for. The tech listened to everything I said and they redid my set free of charge. I am beyond happy with the service at this location and I highly recommend them! The customer service was great at the other location as well, but I highly recommend this one out of the two! My nail tech doing my pedi when removing the gunk from my toe nails decided to scrape it onto the top of my foot instead of the towel. Will I revisit, maybe. Will I make this my favorite go to place, probably no. I expect to pay a certain amount, but I also expect to get the experience I pay for. This will most likely be my last visit. I can do my own nails but sometimes I like to be pampered but this is not it. All we want is a relaxing professional service with good customer service.
