Julia's did such a great job picking out the perfect flowers for my wedding. They have a wide selection and very talented staff that are truly artists! They completely picked and designed all my wedding flowers~ boutonnières, corsages, flowers for my hair and pedals, with no direction besides a pic of my dress. And it turned out better than I could have ever imagined!! they really made the whole thing come together so well. It was my absolute favorite part and completed the wedding looks all around from the men to my mother in law and of course bride and groom. I called in a pinch because a different "box" florist shop informed me at 12:30 that they couldn't complete not fill the order that I placed a week earlier. Julia's came through big time!!! Wendy was very patient and very helpful. We created an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement for my lady friends 60th birthday!!! The request was for delivery that day but with the weather being so cold they reached out to my partner and they arranged to have it delivered to her work the next day!! My daughter gave birth to our 9th grandchild on a Saturday morning in a small medical center in Alabama. The gift shop didn't carry bows for the door, a long-standing family tradition. Julia answered the phone when i called the store, said she could make a pink bow, put together a "yellow" floral arrangement for my daughter and have it ready for pick-up in an hour. She asked for the budget to which i replied there wasn't one, so whatever she needed. The bow and yellow flowers were GORGEOUS!!! And she didn't "break the bank". 5 stars only because there aren't more to give. read more

We have been using Julias for the last 6 months for sending flowers to our clients. Not only have their selections been wonderful, but the pricing is very well set for the value. Also, they always provide wonderful same-day delivery service which is exceptional since our needs are pretty time-sensitive. (You can't wait forever to send out a sympathy bouquet!) They also have a rewards system so our last order (yesterday) got $25 off. It's not necessary but it's very kind to do and incentivizes customers to keep coming back- Which we do! My sister moved to Wilmington three years ago and I hadn't been able to find a good florist. I was actually embarrassed at last year's arrangement. This year, in addition to checking online reviews, I decided to call the florists and make sure they were close to her house and sounded like they cared about my business. When she got her birthday bouquet she was so happy! She said they might be the freshest flowers she ever received. We're in our 60s and have gotten our fair share of flowers. Flowers were pretty (chosen and arranged) but the water seemed old and they didn't last the day in peak condition, overall our arrangements lasted 3-4 days and that was with daily water changes in a cold home. I ordered funeral flowers today from Julia's. Everything was smooth, friendly, and professional. After a friendly staff member accurately took my order, I promptly received an emailed invoice, receipt for payment, and an additional email confirming delivery was made. This was such a relief after Sweet Nectar in Leland charged my card, but a day later denied receiving payment and refused to fill the order. I was stressed with the funeral in 24 hours, but Julia's Florist made it happen! read more

I always use Julia's for floral arrangements in the Wilmington area. The manager Katelyn is wonderful and they are very easy to work with. Their pricing is very competitive and they have a huge selection of flowers to choose from. Their showroom has so many different things other than flowers, too. We recently moved to Emerald Isle and thought it might be nice to get a cart to travel the island. We met the owner Paul who was just finishing up another sale. We told him we were just looking for some information about pricing, resale, making it street legal, etc. Paul was really nice and helpful. He answered all our questions. Told us that he would deliver it for free, pick it up and bring it back for any service and offered us a warranty. After talking with him and test driving a few around, we decided to buy one then and there. He offered to buy it back if we want to sell it when we move or sell it for us on consignment. I always like to be cautious and deliberate before I make a sizable purchase but he really made it easy and made us comfortable with the sale. He needed to add a few items to make it street legal (seat belts, turn signals) so he said it would be ready Tuesday (3 days). When we went to drop off the check the next day (Sunday), however, he said he would have it done and delivered that afternoon. He said he knew how excited our 10-year daughter was to get it and wanted to get it to us early. Really nice. It was at our house later that day. Paul is a great guy and we highly recommend this place. Can't say enough for great service. Hard to find these days.

Got my BF welcome home flowers and a box of some sweets, coming home present from overseas tour. They were beautiful and he loved the chocolates. The arrangements didn't last as long as I would have wished. But over all very nice and pricing was not overboard. Good parking and easy access, would not have a problem returning next time I need flowers. read more

Ordered an arrangement on Saturday morning for my son's first wedding anniversary. Was delivered early Saturday afternoon and the arrangement was even more beautiful then the picture represented. I ordered online and day before flowers needed to be delivered. Arrangement was full, green and in a beautiful vase. Directions on delivering arrangement were followed and arrived on schedule. Definitely exceeded my expectations as last time I ordered in Wilmington at a different shop it was a disaster. Will use Julia's again! read more

Julia's was great. It's always difficult ordering flowers from the other side of the country but they lived up to their reputation. Flowers showed up on time and the recipient was highly impressed with the arrangement. This is peace of mind you can't get with some of the big 800 number outfits. read more
