Kept my eyes closed the entire time. Just felt a slight pinch when he placed the needles. They felt very small/thin. The only place I really felt any discomfort pain was my left foot/shin. I told him that at the end and he said I may feel sore for a day but the pain disappeared within hours. I felt so calm relaxed with the acupuncture. Definitely want to come back for that. To have a 60% reduction in pain is better than most over the counter NSAIDs, without the nasty side effect of destroying what's left of my kidneys.
