The manager of this business reviews the facts and called me personally to apologize for the situation and to extend a refund of the money I paid as a good gesture which definitely helped make a bad situation much better. I feel good to say this company does meet the standards of their mission statement. I will likely use them in the future as I can see they are a company that tries hard to serve their customers.
