Most of the time, customer service is very good, but today I had a different experience. Sometimes I forget my I.D. but it's always on my phone, and they know me by sight, too. But today, a new, tall woman at the counter wasn't helpful at all. Extremely rude, she told me, I need to show physical I.D. An other worker told her, she knows me and I also showed my ID on my phone, but this person wouldn't let me pick up my medication. The medication was supposed to come the day before, but UPS didn't deliver on time. Tomorrow is Sunday, so I have to be without my medication until Monday when they open again. And God forbid, if I forget my ID again, they might deny giving me my package. read more

Terrible customer service by a worker named Rosi. Instead of speaking up and that my Amazon return would require a box even though Amazon said to bring the boxes as is and they would handle them, she let me proceed with going back out to my vehicle and carrying in the 2nd 20 lb box. Then tells me she would have to charge me for the box. When I said that would've been nice to know beforehand she completely ignored me. She proceeded to stand there chewing her lip rather than say sorry, have a nice day, any customer service. Nothing from the man next to her with his hands in his pockets to help an injured elderly lady. It was all so strange and incredibly off putting. Another ups location took the boxes as is no problem. Waited patiently in line for about 20min just to find out they can't ship any rifle parts. I told them it's not a firearm and have no serialized parts but they said it's their policy. If you want to ship any gun parts, go to UPS hub. They will gladly ship it for you. UPS store is not actual UPS and they are owned by independent business owners. They should change their business name unless they share same shipping policy with UPS. read more

I had a friend ship my PS2 and components to me. He didn't have a box and I told him to take it to UPS and have them pack and ship it. He took it to the UPS store in Snohomish, WA @1429 Ave D, Snohomish, WA 98290. We didn't know what to expect as this was our first experience with having UPS do all the packing and shipping. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. All components were carefully packed in bubble wrap and taped up nicely. They even put the memory card in a separate envelope with a note. We have always had a good experience when we go here to shred paper, print something, or ship packages. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The price to ship a package is cheaper than flat rate shipping through USPS. Also, UPS will package your items for you, versus USPS who makes you package your items yourself, and charges you for packing supplies. read more

I noticed that I only use yelp for posting bad reviews so I had to think, who deserves a good review, the ups store in Snohomish. I've been selling on ebay since 1998 and sometimes get an item that I'm not thrilled about packing and shipping. So I bring it there and let them do it all, pack n ship. They are always friendly, unlike the post office. They are always much faster than the PO. The packing fee always comes in cheaper than I expect, Shipping rates blow me away sometimes but they are competitive with PO so can't complain about that. I informed the staff that the customer with a "therapy dog" should have been told to leave their pet outside because, per ADA laws, therapy dogs do not have public access rights. Besides the fact that the customer came in and spouted uneducated lies about access rights, the staff member who was helping me became very snobby towards me. It's a shame that the uneducated, entitled pet owners of Seattle have infiltrated Snohomish, too, but I can only hope that the businesses here start to enforce the laws that keep those of us with service animals for our disabilities safe. read more

I had just given this store over $600 in business and one of the employees goes on to get into a confrontation with me about my parenting skills. I had left my four year old and my one year old in the car while I ran in to ship a few items (with my 14 year old daughter). A snotty old lady comes in and threatens to call CPS on me. Unknown to that snotty old lady - I had my 14 year old in the car, which is perfectly legal and to be quite honest with you - none of her business. And as I was telling the older lady to mind her business, one of the employees in the store went on to interject her opinion about my parenting skills (in front of a few customers). Quite embarrassing. I didn't deserve that. I guess next time I'll just go to Fedex or the Post Office. I WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. And I will most likely not use UPS again. I called the owner of the store. She listened, but didn't seem to really care. If you're looking for a store to ship your items with, there is a FEDEX store a few miles down the road and a Post Office right across the parking lot. Not impressed. I went in to pick up a couple of quick supplies. Both clerks were with other customers. One girl was just waiting for some machinery to run and staring off in to space. I stood there for 10 minutes, even making eye contact. No one said anything or greeted me in any way. I know people are busy but it doesn't take anything to acknowledge my presence.
