Took about one week to serve the entity, i text keith 4 times with zero response as to me getting said proof of service. Last time i asked by text was October 15th. He filled proof on the 16th. I asked why it took a month to file it, just 4 days before court date. and he responded with, does it matter? I then asked for a copy, he said he had to dig it up and would send via email to me. That he did do... but then he got nasty about it.. not professional at all. I was being polite up till then i had to block him as his messages got worse towards me. Never again.

I am a lawyer in California and have done business with numerous process servers. I uploaded the…read moredocuments on the ABC website and they were served in downtown New York City the next morning. It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.

Worst process server ever. The server did not even attempt to serve process to the address…read moreprovided. In his report of being unable to serve and saying the address was not a good address, he indicated he would not serve the papers by going to the physical address due to a "no trespassing" sign located in the community. Instead, and I am not making this up, he claimed he sat in a nearby parking near the service address blowing his car horn, presumably, in an effort to get the attention of the person he was supposed to be serving at the address he refused to go to because of the no trespassing sign. Hired another server and the process was served the very next day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
