You can also rewrap handles here, they will do the installation for you or you can wrap it yourself. They had a pretty good variety of different grips you could choose from. I had them do the wrapping for me and it looks great, professionaly done. I've really never heard of someone having a bad experience here. Seems to be more or less the go to place for many racquet sports players. Their prices are on par with buying on the internet or below from my experience. Customer service was pretty good, they can get busy and it's a smaller store so that can be difficult if you have a lot of questions but the salesman was really good about truly focusing on who he was helping rather than leaving that person hanging to help many people at the same time. As long as you can be a little patient if they're busy, it should be overall, a really positive experience.

I called my bank who advised Enchated Garden ran my card on 11/14 and then again the following day, 11/15 for the exact amount. There was also 2 attempted purchases in Dublin Ireland. Luckily they caught this and out a hold on my card and none went through. Enchanted Garden was contacted who denied that they ran my card again and claimed did not sell my information. My bank has no reason to lie. The shop should be researching their employees. I am in Rochester regularly and will never shop here again.

He then went into their little back room/shop area to grab the traction tire. He started working on it and never told me there would be a fee. I am very able to replace the tire myself. This was very wrong of them, poor business practice and violates NYS and Federal law. I stated to the kid who conducted the work that I wished he would have told me there would be a charge, to which he said, sorry. I emailed a complaint to the business, filed a complained to the FTC, NYS, and my credit card. This was simply poor business behavior. Very disappointed.
