Really disappointed with with business as of lately. My finance has been a loyal customer of 4+…read moreyears, and he drives 2 1/2 hours to come here to get suits for work regularly. He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

We have worked with both Nancy and Alex so far and they are both so wonderful, personable, helpful, and attentive to detail! Suit, shirt, tie, and all alterations come included with the price and we could not be more satisfied with our experience!

Dropped off a tangled and broken necklace for repair…read more The staff were friendly and kind. The necklace is a gold chain with an opal and diamond pendant which was a gift purchased at Costco (yes Costco). While evaluating the jewelry, they were very kind and didn't bat an eye when I said where it was purchased and provided the estimated value. It took about two weeks to get back. While waiting in line, another staff member took my ticket (yay me for not loosing it) and got my jewelry. Which was untangled and put back together perfectly. Note: they are closed on Mondays. I learned that the hard way! They also have a nice selection of jewelry but I tried not to look at too much!

Note: this review is in regard to the shop's watch selection…read more The staff was friendly and professional, but with mid-tier to entry-level luxury watch ADs, there are higher expectations. When I walk into an AD for Omega, Grand Seiko, Cartier, or Tag Heuer, I have certain expectations for my AD. Unfortunately, Mann's Jewelers did not meet these expectations of going above and beyond. If you know what you like and do not enjoy outside input, it is perfectly fine to purchase your watch from here. But, in my opinion, half the fun of watch shopping is explaining your desires to your AD and watching as they find a piece that meets or even exceeds your expectations. Unless you are deeply attached to Tag or Accutron, I would highly recommend also stopping by Cornell's (which is nearby) to speak with their highly experienced and knowledgeable sales folk.

If you have a real mechanical watch and you want it maintained or repaired by a true watchmaker…read morerather than sending it off to a Swiss manufacturer's authorized USA service center where they will replace parts unnecessarily and charge you almost as much as a vintage model of the same watch costs, then Jerry's is the best you can do anywhere in the USA. Jerry was the son of an Italian watchmaker who has been formally trained in both Switzerland and Italy. I've had multiple watches services here, and now I have friends from metro areas sending me watches for Jerry to service. He completely overhauled the movement on a 1999 Rolex while keeping the vintage feel. My friend says it runs better than it did buying it in 1999. Jerry used to be an authorized dealer for many great watch houses. He restored the Chronometer back to its COSC certification at a fraction of the cost of what Rolex would charge. Currently he's working in an Omega for a friend from Miami. He can just as easily repair Seiko movements as well as Citizen. I've bought jewelry here to and always felt like I got a fair price from people I consider as much friends as well as merchants and craftsmen.

I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.
