They're so patient with him. And the best part- they don't cage your dog (as long as your dog is good with other dogs). They let the dogs roam free and play with other dogs so they're not suffering in a cage while they're waiting to be groomed. No other place I've taken him to does this. They're so kind to me and my dog and like I said my dog is wild so that says a lot. While this business owner could not spare 30 seconds to send me a short response instead of ignoring all of my calls and messages for the past 3 weeks, they found the time to respond to my Google review with an unprofessional and condescending message within 1 hour of me posting it! The fact Ruthie responded to my review within the hour I posted it, but she couldn't send me a simple text message (or return any of my calls) for THREE WEEKS blows my mind. As a small business owner/operator of numerous service based businesses (including ones in the pet industry post COVID), I fully understand how busy it gets as a solo operator. However, there are things you can do to provide a better experience for your potential clients instead of ignoring dozens of their calls and messages for nearly a month (and then immediately leaving a sassy reply to their review). I see that Ruthie has a habit of posting rude replies to her clients who leave a critical review saying she doesn't care what they have to say. If she is not worried about her reviews online or the lack of customer service she is providing to her potential future customers, then perhaps she should stay off of social media and update her voice message to say she is not accepting new clients - problem solved.
