However, after going home she would not stop scooting or licking between her back legs, (which she never does). I took a look and she had been clipped with the clippers under her tail and between her back legs pretty badly. It was so red and she had been trying to soothe with licking which didn't help. I had to get a cone from petco (to stop the licking) and a prescription for the cuts. I've called multiple times and left a voicemail but haven't heard back. My pup is slowing getting back to herself, she's healing with the prescription, but I'll never return.

She was super nice from the minute we got there and took great care of our very scared little dogs. One was a puppy so it was her first grooming appointment. They were done in about 3 hours and the dogs look fantastic! Prices were equivalent to all area pet groomers. We'll definitely be back due to this great experience and would recommend it highly to others!

Completely unprofessional - get your prices together and maybe try to fake that you actually care about people that want to spend their money here. To boot, I don't even know why my mom comes here for her dogs. Whenever she gets her dog bathed and cut, he looks horrible. He is never properly cut for his breed and it's always a sloppy job. You don't have to worry about having your pet sitting in a crate waiting for you to pick them up. Their rig is very clean and accommodating for animals. My dog has honestly never felt, smelled, nor looked better than after she was pampered! She also came back with the cutest pumpkin bandana. Every question I had regarding my dog they were able to answer truthfully from anything regarding pet toys to dental care. I recommend these two to anyone that loves their dogs. Being in pain, unable to move, I made the hard decision to put him to sleep. I had Pepper for 12 years, I will miss him every day.
