We booked a party room on a Saturday and it was busy! The staff greeted us at the door and helped us all get checked in. You only get 10 minutes before the room to set up so luckily we had all the balloons blown up and just had to put it together. No outside food except for cake or cupcakes. They use pizza guys which was good! The kids get 1 hour of play and 1 hour in the party room. My daughter likes to play here and we bring her here occasionally and she always has a ton of fun

They were 3 hours late to set up for our event and no one called to let us know that they were running late. I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm. We had to have our employees help us set up because they were so late to the event. No one apologized, no one cared. I wouldn't book with this company again.

Our wedding brought together Persian, Mexican, and American families, and Jeremy blended Persian, Mexican, and English music together perfectly. His mashups were amazing, every transition was seamless, and he knew exactly how to read the room and keep everyone on the dance floor. One of my favorite stories from the night was something I didn't even find out about until after the wedding. My aunt, who traveled all the way from Mexico, asked Jeremy if he could play "La Chona." I had told him beforehand that I didn't want guests making song requests, so he kindly let her know that the bride wasn't allowing requests. But once he realized she had traveled all the way from Mexico, he went back up to her and basically said, "There's no way you traveled all the way from Mexico and aren't going to dance to La Chona!" He played it, and everyone was dancing! The funny part is I actually LOVE La Chona and had completely forgotten to add it to my playlist! I'm SO glad Jeremy made the decision to play it. I didn't know any of this happened until my aunt told me afterward, and hearing that made me so happy. That moment says so much about Jeremy. He genuinely cares about his couples and their families, reads the room, and knows when to trust his instincts to create a special moment. And Jeremy was so much more than just our DJ. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, and there were times when he literally talked me through my stress and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. My dad was also really nervous about giving his speech, and Jeremy took the time to talk to him and reassure him. My dad ended up doing AMAZING, and that meant so much to me. Jeremy always told me, "Don't worry, I got you." BELIEVE HIM. He also told us, "We could do your wedding tomorrow." Believe that too!! He knows exactly what he's doing. Everything was perfect. The music, the energy, the mashups, the transitions, the way he handled our multicultural families, and most importantly, the way he treated us and our guests. They crafted presentations (even these were beautiful!) with options for each vendor, including the costs and their portfolio so that we would be able to make informed decisions They helped us handle all communication and negotiations of pricing with our vendors In the end, we definitely had an A+ team to have the wedding beyond our dreams. I am in awe and filled with immense appreciation and gratitude for what they do. The week of our wedding, my coworkers were surprised that I was so calm. It was an odd feeling as there were no worries to be had and we were just able to focus on making sure our families were getting into town okay. On the day of the wedding, Jenn made sure our tea ceremony was set up and ready to go while Morgan handled set up at the venue. They made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the day. There were many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn's experience in the industry and being the "voice" for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the "approved" list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me "she is the queen of details" when they found out who our coordinator was! I'm so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I'm so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)! She will coordinate with all of your vendors to create timelines, menus, floor plans, and will even make last minute adjustments to ensure everything is perfect. I promise that you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day thanks to Jenn and her team! Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.
