Before the wedding, Kaitlin was already great with communication. Even though we only hired her for day-of, her check-ins before the event already helped so much with planning. Her checklists helped me organized all my ideas into concrete plans. At the wedding, Kaitlin was just magical. Our wedding is at a venue pretty far away that Kaitlin has never been to before. Since we're on a tight budget we couldn't afford an extra travel. The venue is also quite large with our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at different locations indoors and outdoors. I still get confused and lost at my own venue sometimes. But Kaitlin somehow figured it out in no time.
