Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

You could almost eat off of the bathroom floors, not that I recommend that. I'd just never seen the bathroom that clean. If you can, definitely request him. Very mellow and polite guy. Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. Warning to future customers: I booked a deep clean with this company, including a patio add-on, for…read morea 1,000 sq ft apartment for $240. Midway through the service, I was contacted and informed that an additional $90 would be required for another hour because the allotted 2.5 hours was insufficient to complete the job. Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service--including add-on services--was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking. The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company's policies and practices. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or book again.
