Really pleased with the cleaning done by Arlett. Everything was cleaned well and even small details that I didn't see myself before or would have thought of cleaning. The entire team goes above and beyond. Good value and well priced. My studio apartment is 650 sq ft and I've never had a professional cleaning done, so 4 hours was the perfect duration for one cleaner. I got the standard cleaning. If your space is less messy than mine then 3 hours should be enough. They even vacuumed and shampooed/steam cleaned + fluffed up the rugs and carpets I have, a great touch. I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient. read more

Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. You could almost eat off of the bathroom floors, not that I recommend that. I'd just never seen the bathroom that clean. If you can, definitely request him. Very mellow and polite guy. I setup an appointment with this company for NYE. I received a confirmation text on the day prior stating that Raphael would arrive between 8-8:30am. At 8:30am I received a text stating Raphael notified them that he was sick so he couldn't fulfill his work today. This is such an inconvenience. I think the quoting portion of this went very smoothly. We got answers right away. We described in detail the size of the place a studio apartment with one main room, a bathroom and a kitchen. We requested that everything be cleaned, including windows, floors, inside cabinets, inside appliances, etc.. We were quoted $262. They sent one guy to do the work and did not complete. The work didn't even complete cleaning the main room. What they did clean was done in a very professional manner. We just assumed that in the time that they quoted, they would be able to clean the majority of the studio. They did not. read more

First of all, Lorena and Fran were very sweet and they did an excellent job. I was looking for a deep cleaning after a renovation of a new home I bought. The previous owners didn't really clean much so there was a lot of grime in addition to the dust and debris left by the renovations. I was informed during booking that a deep cleaning for 3 hours and 2 cleaners would be sufficient for the size of my home and the condition. Lorena and Fran came on time with all of their cleaning supplies and they were very sweet and friendly. I do believe that they did a great job in the 3 hours they were there. But honestly, the place wasn't as clean as I'd expect after a deep cleaning. My feet were still picking up dust and debris from the floor, there was still a little grime in the toilets and shower. Maybe it was a miscommunication and I should have booked a longer cleaning. Maybe the place was really dirty (l didn't think it was too bad). Maybe I asked for too much? But I will definitely have to do more cleaning on my own before moving in. That being said, they were friendly and it was very easy to book the cleaning, and they definitely did clean up 75% of the home and focused on the spots I asked for. If I ever need a standard home cleaning I will definitely book again, but maybe not for a deep cleaning. Update: Two days later and I find myself scrubbing stains off the toilets that were not removed...the shower I will have to clean on my own as well. Also you know I reported issues with the bathroom and asked them to come back before I returned home. You focused on the closet saying laundry is not a part of deep clean which is not what I asked - I asked them to tidy it considering all the clothes were clean already. I also told you that these newer reports were because I arrived late the prior night to discover them, they weren't visible to me from the cameras I was accessing as you can see they require a more up close view. You also had the nerve to accuse me of lying about being out of town for medical treatments and just dirtying the house to complain a week later despite me having records and travel receipts. I have all the texts for communication outside of the one phone call we had so it's weird that you would respond now with lies - probably because Yelp is so public but you know the truth and are choosing to ignore it. Your conduct has been shocking and lacks integrity. I'm not surprised you came on here with more lies. You should be ashamed of yourself. We found Aya through yelp (had great reviews) and have been really pleased with their flexibility and value. Booking online for the first cleaning was really easy. They send you a text confirmation and a photo of your cleaner with their full name. I love that. We first booked a full apartment cleaning because my parents were visiting (I think it was 4 hours for a 2B 2.5B + Den) and Leandro was our assigned cleaner. He came on time with his own supplies and was so courteous and kind. We've got cats and he was incredibly sweet with them, too. We work from home, so there vibe of a person sharing your space is a big deal to us. Leandro is fantastic. Leandro did such a great job that we now use him for regular cleanings every other week. For these, we do 2.5 hours and have him clean a different configuration of the rooms we need at that point (our guest room/guest bath isn't used enough to need a regular cleaning.) I booked 2 cleaners very clearly written on the confirmation, but unfortunately only 1 cleaner showed up. I live in a decently large 3 bed 3 bath and have always needed 2 cleaners in the allotted time so knowing it won't be able to get done with 1. The cleaner notified the office of this issue and they never reached out or anything to apologize or clarify things. I had to be the one to initiate with an email and text to figure out what happened. Apart from all of that, the cleaner that came did a great job. UPDATE: after speaking to the office they rearranged the 1 cleaner's schedule to stay for as long as needed to do the full job. Although not ideal I appreciate the accommodation. We recently hired Aya home for a 3 hour deep cleaning after completing a home renovation. As someone who has a passion for cleaning, entrusting someone to clean my home is difficult. However, I am pregnant and our house was half empty in the days after the construction so I was hoping that could help me feel more comfortable. Prior to the Aya team coming, I did as much cleaning and organizing on my own as I could. I made sticky notes on what I wanted the team to focus on to help us maximize our 3 hours together. Tasks included things like cleaning the walls, floors, bathrooms and dusting. Unfortunately, even after communicating my needs to the team - they didn't quote understand and started cleaning and organizing in their routine way. I asked them again to follow the sticky notes but by that point they had already wasted an hour doing tasks I didn't need done so I had to add an extra hour to my bill. In the end the jobs I truly needed done were rushed and I had to do my own deep clean after they left. I am aware that my cleaning standards are probably higher than most given that cleaning is something I love, but with the money paid I was truly hoping for a deep clean of the few things I asked for. read more
