I setup an appointment with this company for NYE. I received a confirmation text on the day prior stating that Raphael would arrive between 8-8:30am. At 8:30am I received a text stating Raphael notified them that he was sick so he couldn't fulfill his work today. This is such an inconvenience. Totally not okay as I wanted to have my placed professionally cleaned for the New Year. I also switched my travel plans around because I initially wanted someone to come on the weekend! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!

First of all, Lorena and Fran were very sweet and they did an excellent job. I was looking for a deep cleaning after a renovation of a new home I bought. The previous owners didn't really clean much so there was a lot of grime in addition to the dust and debris left by the renovations. I was informed during booking that a deep cleaning for 3 hours and 2 cleaners would be sufficient for the size of my home and the condition. Lorena and Fran came on time with all of their cleaning supplies and they were very sweet and friendly. I do believe that they did a great job in the 3 hours they were there. But honestly, the place wasn't as clean as I'd expect after a deep cleaning. My feet were still picking up dust and debris from the floor, there was still a little grime in the toilets and shower. Maybe it was a miscommunication and I should have booked a longer cleaning. Maybe the place was really dirty (l didn't think it was too bad). Maybe I asked for too much? But I will definitely have to do more cleaning on my own before moving in. That being said, they were friendly and it was very easy to book the cleaning, and they definitely did clean up 75% of the home and focused on the spots I asked for. If I ever need a standard home cleaning I will definitely book again, but maybe not for a deep cleaning. Update: Two days later and I find myself scrubbing stains off the toilets that were not removed...the shower I will have to clean on my own as well. I tried cleaning the floors myself as well and the first swiffer round was super dirty. It doesn't seem like the floors were cleaned in the main area very well :(

Thiago- your response to my review is not honest. You did make a comment insinuating that I should sue if I am not happy with your fraudulent guarantee and then stopped responding when I said that seemed unreasonable and to please find a solution between us. Also you know I reported issues with the bathroom and asked them to come back before I returned home. You focused on the closet saying laundry is not a part of deep clean which is not what I asked - I asked them to tidy it considering all the clothes were clean already. I also told you that these newer reports were because I arrived late the prior night to discover them, they weren't visible to me from the cameras I was accessing as you can see they require a more up close view. You also had the nerve to accuse me of lying about being out of town for medical treatments and just dirtying the house to complain a week later despite me having records and travel receipts. I have all the texts for communication outside of the one phone call we had so it's weird that you would respond now with lies - probably because Yelp is so public but you know the truth and are choosing to ignore it. Your conduct has been shocking and lacks integrity. I'm not surprised you came on here with more lies. You should be ashamed of yourself. Update: just about everything you've said is untrue in your update here. You've made claims that I called you names and threatened you none of which is true. I'm not going to engage further in this but the vast mistruths in your response here is shocking. I trust people can make judgments for themselves and will opt out of giving business to someone who takes advantage of someone who is ill and uses fraudulent business practices.

I've had her come back probably every quarter to just do a refresh and each time it feels like a weight has been lifted off of me. She's truly like inviting an angel into your house. I highly recommend her. And not only does she help you declutter, but she takes donations with her and takes the trash out for you so you don't have extra work to do when you're done decluttering.
