The idea of tackling the messy room was overwhelming. Anyway decided to get help with this as well. I am so pleased with the work they did. I asked them to separate clothes and throw out all trash. I feel so relieved. That things are no going to be easier for me to organize.

For deep cleaning the rate was fair, but definitely confirm and check your appointment time a week in advance. We fortunately had no plans that day but when I messaged to confirm appointment it needed to adjust time. Could be just my luck due to holidays. Overall I would hire again, very quick to message over text and cleaning was very thorough. I'm so happy to be in a clean house for the new year.

I'm so happy to say that I was out of the house all day running errands while InoMar was doing their thing unsupervised. They're an extremely trustworthy team, great personalities and everything was in its place including all of my petty cash. I know it's silly to bring up, but these things matter to people, and having a team you can trust with your house key is invaluable. InoMar did an absolutely incredible job cleaning my house. Everything I can think of was included, the outdoor furniture cushions, the tumblers by our beds were hand washed, and every surface of our indoor furniture was vacuumed and finished, even the back of our sofa, the microwave, literally everything is clean! They did an absolutely great job and everything is spotless. I will say InoMar is on the pricier side, however it is a team of 3 and the amount they can clean per hour is staggering. Overall I really love this team and am happy to continue being serviced by them!!

Unfortunately, the last two visits resulted in permanent damage to their hardwood floors. Immediately after one cleaning, visible spots appeared that had not been there before. My parents initially assumed they were removable and asked the cleaners to address them at the next visit. Instead of improving, the damage severely worsened after the second "cleaning." Multiple independent hardwood flooring professionals later confirmed that the marks are consistent with chemical staining and cannot be removed. The only solution was very expensive replacement. When we raised this with the owner, Diane Saunders, she denied responsibility and suggested the damage was caused by something my parents spilled. That explanation doesn't align with the timing (appearing right after cleaning and worsening after the next visit) or with the professional assessments. She also fixated on the fact that my parents didn't formally complain immediately, rather than addressing the underlying issue. As per usual with Diane, communication throughout this process was frustrating. Diane was often difficult to reach, and when we did connect, the interactions were curt and unproductive, which made an already difficult situation harder to resolve. We attempted to resolve this directly and reasonably, but she ultimately refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. After years as customers, this was a very disappointing outcome. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about using The Traveling Mop, particularly if you have hardwood flooring.

Would never recommend this sorry excuse for a cleaning company, and Diane is both unprofessional, rude, and refused to take responsibility for the poor cleaning she did.

Who cares what their system says as my credit card was charged. And then they tell me they won't charge me for yesterday just today. Well of course you won't charge me for yesterday but you already charged me! And of course you will charge today because get more than you already charged. Just do not use this company and in particular this franchise. It is all nice and accommodating and professional, until the work needs to be done. But all that matters is getting what you contract for and agree to pay - and that is not the case here.
