I've had good experiences since I've been coming here. Yoni does my nails she's always on point. Very patient and makes suggestions if you ask for her opinion on colors or designs for your nails. Vincent does a good job as well always smiling and aims to please. I can't remember the ladies name that does eyebrows and she's always moving around doing something in the shop she's nice she did my nails once and did a good job... the only thing I would say is I wish these nail shops would use softer nail files when dealing with natural nails the ones they use are so harsh and not recommended for natural finger nails. They have to learn to be more delicate when it comes to caring for natural nails... overall I would definitely recommend this nail salon. read more

While visiting friends in Philly a pedi and fills were needed. Reviews here placed this spa as top three within a 5 mike radius of my location. Perfect, right? No, while it was easy to book a same day appointment and street parking is readily available the services were rushed. Pricing is comparable to other salons I've been to, but the technic used on my nails was one I've never seen before. My pedicure was average nothing to write home about. While doing my fills he completely skipped buffing them smooth before adding a gel polish, when I asked if he was going to he stated no. Said polish stated on better. This may be the case or acceptable for those wearing color but not with a French manicure where you can see the grooves from the filing. The spa itself is spacious and very clean with a friendly staff that spent the majority of my time there chatting with each other about their vacation. read more

I just went to Juliette's for the first time yesterday. My sister and I went to have our dip powder from an unfortunate experience from another salon removed, and a new color put on. After waiting for a little over an hour (they had some issues with scheduling. It couldn't be helped) I was sat with Veronica. Pros: -Veronica is AMAZING. So talented. My dip powder looks perfect and delicate -Clean shop -Sterile instruments in single use packaging. I didn't get a pedicure, but Veronica was telling me that they wrap the foot bath with each use, and use sterile instruments each time - This is the first shop where there hasn't been a ton of small children running around vying for their mom's attention. No strollers or tiny children running around. I loved that. It was just a professional and relaxing experience Cons: -I understood the wait time, but it still wasn't my favorite -The person who was doing my sister's nails (never said her name) looked like a customer in her tshirt and bike short. More important SHE LEFT MY SISTER. While the original dip was soaking off the woman took another customer without saying a single word. I had to ask Veronica to find out what was going on. Thankfully she was good technically, but I wish my sister wasn't neglected. I will be going back, but I don't know if my sister will be. read more

I can't believe I paid to have someone ruin my eyebrows. I went in for a simple clean up, and the older woman who waxes completely took off one of my eyebrow arches. I understand brows should be sisters not twins, but one of my brows looks like she took a straight blade to! If you decide to come here to get your brows waxed, you have been warned. read more

I stumbled upon this spot by accident while looking for a new place to get my nails done. Recently I've been running into soo many issues with other salons that I was at my peak of frustration. I live in West Philly but I was willing to travel outside of my neighborhood just to get great service and even better quality. The day I found Juliette's I was supposed to go to Kiki's over on Torresdale Ave but when I got there they were closed on a week day at that. So I started driving around the area in hopes of finding something legitimate and that's when I found this establishment. I was babysitting my sister that day as well so when I walked in for my pedicure and refill they informed me that children aren't allowed unless being serviced but they allowed me to stay being my first time in. The awesome staff took care of my sister and I with no worries and even entertained the little gremlin! Everyone was so sweet and attentive and they go above and beyond with their service. The spa pedi I received by Joe was so relaxing and my refill lasted a month! Every other place I was dealing with broken nails or some that just completely popped off but this time, none of that! I feel so bad I didn't get my nail technician's name but I'm sure sh knows who she is. Of course I had to visit them again, I went yesterday to receive the same service but this time I brought my best friend and Tony did my refill this time. He is by far THE BEST and nail shaping. I have the "coffin" look and he cut them down and shaped them so perfectly, I'm in awe. Joe also hooked me up with some homemade lasagna once hearing me say I hadn't had anything to eat all day. When I tell you guys these people care about their clients, I mean it! I'll be recommending this business to everyone I know! read more

NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! Juliette's is run by the same owners of Emma's nail. This was our first time at this location and I wasn't too surprised with the elegance of this place. (Emma's is really new and up-to-date too!) I came here following Tony and I seen some familiar faces from Emma's, which I got to speak with this time around. All the workers are young and hip and know they're stuff. Such a laid back salon. They do it all. I really wanna try out SNS on my nails & its good to know they provide that here! Most other salons usually don't yet. Also, I really appreciate the patience they have with each client even though this is a "keep it going" type of business. Overall, as I told Andy, the clients are getting center city service in the northeast! I wish all of them nothing but more success! read more

I keep forgetting to write a review about this place. i remember driving by it when they where doing renovations and I though great for ONCE I like to go to a salon that is newly renovated that is clean and fresh . I went in once they're open for business and they still had some unfinished areas like unpainted patches on the wall and baseboards missing. I though ok I'm sure that would be finish next time I come. NOPE. I think it's been two years now and those areas weren't finished. That looks so unprofessional and on top of that they have plants on their window which is fine but they have a collection of 15 water bottles. Another time I came in as soon as they're open and the floor was cover in white dust, I'm guessing from the acrylic filling. Looks like the don't clean up. They also have food and drinks on their work area like that should be in the back and not seen. You go in now and you'll see scuffs and marks on the walls, the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I got charge $2 for a "pedi kit". Was that the tools they use on me? Because if that's the case I should be able to take those home since I paid for it. And that "pedi kit" are tools that are sanitize and packaged back they are not thrown out so I don't see why they would charge for that. Charge more for gel polish, sure that I understand. The nails techs are great and for the most part I leave loving my nails that's why I keep coming back. But I'll leave as soon as I find a cleaner more professional place. I decided to try this nail salon after receiving recommendations for it . I heard many good things and I am big on customer service and quality and cleanliness regarding everything including my nails and I heard this place was perfect ! So I decided to take a friend of mine since it was her birthday weekend and try this most raves about place . We walked inside were instantly in love with the aesthetic of it . We could definitely tell it was clean and it wasn't crowded surprisingly on a Saturday at 1. So there was a lady in front of us being assisted at the counter so naturally we waited for her to be done to ask the young man the process there if we need to sign a book or show him what we want as you do in a nail salon because every PAYING customer is always greeted when they walk in . And we didn't receive any acknowledgement of being there . We stood for 10 mins and one guy picked up his head to ask if we need help . Even though the guy that was there helping the previous lady out saw us waiting to speak to him and he instantly walked away and obviously knew we were there but never made eye contact . We felt belittled like we didn't matter . And that's something I'll be letting everyone know who mentions this place . We were truly disgusting. I hope their customer service improves for the future new clients . I work customer service myself and Pride myself in taking care of each client who I have and interact with . read more

I've been coming to Juliette's a few times now. The salon is very nice and the staff here are all very nice as well. Also love there big television for entertainment. Every time when leaving this place I am pleased with their work but just after a couple of days I get one, two or three nails that break off easily and having to keep coming back to repair. Very disappointing. I've always had long nails and never ever had to come back as many times as I did here to repair a broken nail. I kept coming back in hopes that maybe it's just me but seeing how easily they break off I don't think so. Back on the search for a new salon :( read more
