wanted to charge me 70 bucks to patch my tire. Went down the street to Mr. Goma and my tire was patched for 25 bucks.

They were open on July 4th which is always great in case of any emergency. I had no idea my tire was that bad. I knew I needed tires but this tire was about to pop at any second apparently. The owner or manager is very informative and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The used tires that they gave me looked almost new, in comparison to some shops I've been, they give you terrible tires that only last a little while. Maybe two months or so. He even switched a back tire for a front tire because my rim was damaged and the drive wasn't smooth. I appreciate you all and will come back for all my tire needs. There is a 50/50 chance that you will get a bad tire from here. I bought 4 tires from Julio, less than a month later I had to buy & replace a second tire. Then less than 2 weeks from that because of whatever reason a another tire had issues. That's 2 out of 4 tires. A 50/50 chance. Now I understand that with the condition that these Miami streets are in, the longevity of tires can vary. I just feel like with my 15 yr experience of owning a vehicle in Miami, I've never had to replace the replacement to the replacement tire in less than 30 days. Nobody has the time nor the money to waste like that. I spoke with Julio himself and considering all things, I hope for better service. Because I truly feel I wasted my money and time. In general the other staff were friendly and helpful. But I simply CANNOT recommend coming here for replacing your tires. Simply because the chances of getting BAD tire are more than I would expect from a "tire shop". The Quality and Peace of mind of going somewhere else is more valuable then any service Julio's can provide. Although they do offer other services. read more

This was my go too place. Went there today because my wife's car got a screw on a tire. Pulled in and immediately the employee you could tell did not want to work. He looked at the tire and said, "you need a new tire because of where the screw is and I won't touch it". I asked if he could at least see if the screw perforated the tire but refused. I asked for owner and he did he wasn't there. Being a customer here for a while, I felt he could've done more. BTW went down the street, they took the screw off and it hadn't gone through. I loved and appreciated their honesty. I got a nail in one of my tires, I was certain I would need a new one; thankfully I didn't need it. The nail never went through the actual tire, just the superficial layer. If I had gone to any other place I'm 100% positive i would've gotten charged for a new tire and I'm sure that company would've sold it as a good condition used tire. After coming here for years and thinking I was valued as a customer I started seeing things I didn't notice. Being told they'll call me back and they wouldn't. They offered their cell phone yet would never reply. I thought I was being treated fair with prices come to find out I was paying the same or more than other places. They make you believe you are valued when you are only another dollar in their pocket. Been bringing them business for years but that is out the window now. Customer service is nothing to mention here. I didn't get anything outstanding. Standard business for Saturday Morning. My sole purpose was to have my tire pressure checked, I couldn't get an exact reading by my dash. I asked that the tire that had most recently been changed be double checked. The gentleman who assisted at first couldn't find anything wrong with it. Another Gentleman entered with his Rude, "I didn't really want to come here on this early Saturday morning attitude look" - I'm guessing he was one of the "sons". Just to say that my assumption of it being the most recently changed tire "was not how it works". That's fine I get that maybe a little more diagnosing could have been done to figure it out but it wasn't offered and I was told my tire pressure was a little off and they removed a little air to make it even with the other 3. This cost me $5, To remove a little air from 1 tire. I wouldn't recommend and I'd go elsewhere to have my tires checked. In fact it didn't solve my issue and I needed further diagnosis. But they only cared about the $5. read more

I arrived at Julio and Sons to buy a new tire for my car. When I got there I was greeted by Angel. He was quick, informative, concerned, and genuine. He let me know how bad my tires were, which I already knew. He kept the shop open for me and even retrieved 3 brand new tires he didn't have in stock because he didn't want me driving around on my messed up tires. This is a family business and the prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for, and here you get quality service. Everyone in the office was friendly and responsive. I will definitely be going back there for any and all of my tire needs. Angel is truly an angel and Julio and Sons have my loyalty from here on out. read more
