After a long out-of-town trip, I came home and realized that my place needed some serious help -- let's perhaps start with an interior pressure washing? I found Universal Cleaning Services (UCS) through an on-line search, and was very impressed by their great reviews. UCS is licensed & insured, and they are a family-owned and operated company. I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my condo, and it took the two of them a little over two hours to get everything done. They were just mopping the floors when I got back, and everything looked fantastic! Extremely reasonable prices too. UCS will be on a once-a-month cleaning schedule for me, and I'm happy to give them a solid 5-star review. Take that you wretched dust bunnies!!!

Manny was polite and professional. I was given a price which was lower than the other places I researched and a showtime of 10 am for the scheduled cleaning. Today was the day of the cleaning and overall it wasnt a bad experience but I am slightly frustrated with some of the service. There was a mix up with the start time therefore the cleaners arrived to the apartment complex at 0915 which would have been great if I was living there but I've already moved into a hotel. No biggie...they returned and explained the mix up. When making the appointment I was told it would take 3-4 hours to complete the job (1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment) I left the apartment around 10:30 am and it's now 4:02 pm as I'm typing this. I arrived back at the apartment complex around 2:50 pm because it had been some time and I'd heard nothing. When I walked in, the sweet lady from this morning was waiting. She had completed everything except vacuuming because the nice gentleman who was supposed to assist her took off to another location with the vacuum. I've been sitting inside my apartment well over an hour waiting. Not sure if I was charged for one or two cleaners but will be finding out because she's the only one here. She did a good job but not sure it was worth $180 for one person plus the $20 tip I gave (prepaid with credit card). It's now 4:37 pm. The vacuum cleaner arrived finally. I understand hiccups happen but I'm frustrated with the timeline and if I was charged for 2 cleaners. Lesson learned...guess I'll fit cleaning time into my schedule next time...:)

I was looking for someone to do a "move in" cleaning on a home I just purchased that had been in foreclosure. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. When the interior painting was going to take longer than expected, Breginia was flexible and moved our previously scheduled appointment to 2 days later. Breginia & her team showed up on time and ready to work....unfortunately, the guys installing the appliances in the house did not. They were making a mess in the kitchen (including excessive dust from cutting granite), making the simultaneous cleaning pointless. Since I was moving in the next afternoon, Breginia rearranged her schedule to come back herself the next morning to finish the cleaning before I moved in. I couldn't believe that- I was SO thankful. Between the 2 days, they did an amazing job- cleaning baseboards, getting rid of all the dust, shining my new appliances, and making the bathroom sparkle. She took extra care with my hardwood floors- steaming and polishing them till they glistened. She also worked with me on price, considering the moving budget I was on.
