I was looking for someone to do a "move in" cleaning on a home I just purchased that had been in foreclosure. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. When the interior painting was going to take longer than expected, Breginia was flexible and moved our previously scheduled appointment to 2 days later. Breginia & her team showed up on time and ready to work....unfortunately, the guys installing the appliances in the house did not. They were making a mess in the kitchen (including excessive dust from cutting granite), making the simultaneous cleaning pointless. Since I was moving in the next afternoon, Breginia rearranged her schedule to come back herself the next morning to finish the cleaning before I moved in. I couldn't believe that- I was SO thankful. Between the 2 days, they did an amazing job- cleaning baseboards, getting rid of all the dust, shining my new appliances, and making the bathroom sparkle. She took extra care with my hardwood floors- steaming and polishing them till they glistened. She also worked with me on price, considering the moving budget I was on. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come.
