And I was called up 5 minutes before the appointment time and cancelled on because our stylist wasn't able to come to work that day for whatever reason. Even if she had some sort of emergency I feel someone should have been able to be the back up since this was a very special occasion. I had no back up and had to wind up doing her hair myself. It was very disappointing and stressful to be cancelled on last minute for a special occasion hairstyle. We also had a consultation weeks prior where we specifically went over what the hair style was going to be and when they called me they had no idea what we were even coming in for. They didn't even seem to feel sorry about the cancellation. Or at least not enough to make it up to me somehow. I was not offered a free haircut or style for future which honestly should have been the least they could have done. All I got was a sorry I can't help you. Now I have to find a new hair place because I am not going there after this incident.

I've finally decided to write an accurate review. The first time I went in to color my hair black and silver from virgin light brown hair(which should cause no damage). I somehow ended up leaving with my hair not anything like the picture I requested but also the black was bleeding onto the silver that I had just spent over $200 to get done. I had to return because my hair was splotchy and uneven, somehow I ended up with such badly damaged hair that all the silver hair pretty much fell out over the next few months. I went back for a simple haircut about a month ago and the same person cut my hair and somehow my side bangs were a blunt cut that didn't make any sense and I was able to do a better job myself fixing it up. I think with all the drama right now with hair stylists charging "luxury prices" for mediocre work, I'm just going to continue to do my own hair in the future because nothing could be worse than what I've been getting. I think the owner purposely makes you leave with wet hair so you don't realize how bad of a job it is. I always like giving smaller businesses a chance and go a few times to help them out and try to give good reviews, but I can't justify the amount of harm done to my hair and I think other people need to be warned before all their hair falls out as well.
