quick to respond and quick to finish. Downsides are removing bush only meant cutting the base off. Removed plant that was not supposed to be cut. Damaged existing drip lines without notifying us. Not clearing out areas fully. Scorched earth the grass area instead of mowing down. At least the citrus trees are ok. Expect to have to go back to finish up afterwards. read more

Francisco and his crew are terrific!! Took out an hugely overgrown Sago palm, Orange tree, Ficus tree, trimmed and skinned a 20 ft Mediterranean Fan palm that had NEVER been skinned. If that wasn't enough work in 108 degree afternoon, he helped me decide the four Italian Cypress were not worth saving/dying and took those down as well. Love the blank slate to replant with desert plants and cut back on irrigation! Came back the next day to grind the stump of the Sago down, rather than use chemicals, so it would NOT come back . My neighbor had a tree that had fallen into the street and I was helping her arrange to have it removed. One of our neighbors was kind enough to have the fallen tree cut down off the street, But she still had the tree trunk in her front yard. I had had my two fallen trees removed from my property along with my same neighbors tree in her backyard. The company that I called came right away and took most of the trees down but gave me a hard time coming back to finish the complete job. It was a nightmare with them. So when my neighbor asked me to get a quote for the remainder of her tree I thought of again going through the same company. But they did not respond to my request for a quote and she needed to get the job done right away. So I got on the computer and did a request for tree removal and Angie's list popped out and I called the first five names and Open View was one of them. They were the first call I received and they told me they could be our house in 30 mins and we met and I asked for a quote and the quote was great and I asked when he could do the job and he said now. He started the job late morning and was done by 4pm. Stump and trunk are gone. They cleaned up did the irrigation system and everyone happy. My neighbor appreciates it most.
