We called Pool World and they were extremely professional and promptly came out for an estimate. The price was reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need and were committed to helping us get our pool up and running. I like that they are a small local business and you feel welcomed when you stop by their location. Within two weeks, the liner arrived and they scheduled the install. As it turns out, our pool had an unexpected issue that was not Pool World's fault and they went above and beyond to help us fix it. I was so impressed by their willingness to support us and turn over every stone to identify and correct the issue. They gave us excellent support and far exceeded my expectations. A few months ago I needed to balance the pool after a storm and he wasn't available that same day so he spent 20 min on the phone with me guiding me how to do it !
