The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. One of the worst mistakes I've ever made was going with "Add on Pools" to do our in ground pool…read moreinstall. They quoted us a price that was literally doubled by the end. The day they showed up for the install, they told me they measured wrong and now the pool would need to be put in horizontally instead of vertically or else when it rained water would go into our home. I had to make a decision on the spot, with the pool waiting to be installed out in the street. I should have said to take it away in retrospect but after waiting months for the pool I just wanted to get it done. Once the pool was finally installed it looked great, but by next year all of the cement around the pool began changing color to a stained yellow. When I asked them to come take a look, a few of them came by individually and just stood their staring at the messed up cement dumbfounded. I got tired of them doing nothing and they became argumentative and I just gave up on them. I've waited over five years to post this review and I'm still so annoyed with them and our cement still looks terrible. They'll try to say the cement wasn't their fault but they are the ones who contracted this cement person and they never bothered to even attempt to resolve the issue. We were new to the neighborhood and they seemed like the place to go for local pool business but I warn everyone now stay away.

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
