I rented the facility last year for my twins 2nd birthday and my sons 1st birthday party and it was a lot of fun.

THE GOOD: -Nice facility. -The kids had fun. -The staff was nice. -The Papa Saverio's food was good. -Since we booked the entire facility, let us bring in appetizers. -Since we booked the entire facility, let us play our music. I thought we were nickel and dimed way too much. We rented the entire facility for 2 hours. This cost $600. The final bill for the facility, food and gratuity was over $1,200. We did have a lot of kids there, but I was a little surprised by the cost. Here is why: THE BAD: - $1 per balloon for 50 balloons. Asked for a full estimate and this charge was not on there prior to having the party. They were balloons the size of cantelopes. -Charged us for the weight to hold down the balloons - 7 juice boxes @ $1 a piece. Give me a break. How tacky is that? -Recommended the portion of food to purchase. This was grossly over-estimated. We had atleast 8 untouched pizzas. That's 8 x $18 = $144. Also a tray of italian beef that did not get touched @ $50 (we ordered two on his recommendation). The problem is that the facility probably gets a kick back, so they want you to order a lot of food. Since we rented the whole place, they should have allowed us to cater the event ourselves. Sure, you don't want to run out of food, but this place does 10+ parties a week. They should be better with this estimate or just not give an opinion. -Wanted to charge $0.75 per bottle (6 oz). In the end he put pitchers of ice water or that would have been another $75-$100. -Completely understaffed the party. Again, if you're going to nickel and dime people, make sure you have enough employees to serve the party. Don't get me wrong, the people were very nice, 2.5 people was not enough. -Charged us $1 per coffee. He said he usually charges $1.50 and cut us a break. The problem with these places is that they get you to sign and then all the "other" stuff starts to pile on, so just beware. I guess my point is that you don't get much for the $600 rental. That price is the real problem. I don't think it's worth the $300/hour, if nothing else in included. read more

Cleaner and a bit quieter than Chuck E Cheese. A lil hard to find - but as long as you know that McConnor & Tower are the same street, and it's next to 90, it's fine. The employees are nice. My nephew and his friends had a blast! read more

Good prices, nice size space, lots of inflatables. They have a good amount of seating. There was a bit of a weird smell. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Other than that, it was great. read more

good place to take your kids under 9 years old since the inflatables I believe is for this age group. Great to hold your party also. There are 2 rooms and a rock climbing area. Small parking space. May be difficult to get to during winter with snow and ice since the road entry is on the uphill and be careful you don't slide down the very busy road leaving the place. read more

Place went down hill. I was there for glow jump a few weeks ago and there was a big garbage dumpster inside visible from the main jump area. There is no organization, everything seems all over the place.. even the check in lobby is sloppy with stuff stacked all over. Whoever is running this place must be lazy to keep their place of business so disorganized. read more

It's a nice size place with several bounce houses. The overall feel of the place lacks real atmosphere. Of coarse kids don't care. All they want is to play. It's a clean place and would bring my kids back. They can do better. I do think the employees were gonna end their life out if sheer boredom. It's the atmosphere. Spent my son's 2nd birthday here and we had such a great time that we have been coming here ever since. For almost six months our son has become the avid jumper, thanks to the Jump Zone. read more

Great place for kids to let out some steam. It is very convenient that there was food in there. I will say though that I hope they can invest in some new equipment as a few of their castles looked worn out and you could hear the air coming out of them. I will say it was not over crowded and there were multiple options available. I'll add that we went mid week so that may factor in. Over all it was a good experience . read more

This is one of the best jump places we have been to. It doesn't smell like dirty socks like most other ones, and my 3 year old has a blast. I love that they have separate times for younger children. read more

First time coming here and imust say it was very fun. I brought my nephews, niece and 3 year old son. This place is very big and has a lot of different bouncy houses. I even went in myself. the only thing ican complain about is the staff. The obviously ddnt know the rules as iasked one lady if iwould be able to get in. She said of course because ihave a small child. So as I'm in there, the manager tells me I cant. Saying im to big for it. When she walked away the same lady that told me to go in tells me to just go ahead. Also they ddnt have family size pizzas. I mean cmon who dsnt have pizza read more

I was very impressed with Jump Zone. Took a wide range of kids today and the place was clean,well managed,and they had a Groupon. Staff was visible at all times and the best part....it didn't smell of stinky feet or other disgusting smells. Will go again. read more

This is our favorite place to go as a family, the staff are very nice people. Also the safety is very high. we always have fun there with my three kids 8,5 and 3 years old. read more

i recommend doing something better with wait times i was there for 2 hour play at 4pm did not get in until 4:50 and still had to pay full price for a 2 hour pay which is beyond my control no soap in bathroom just have to be more considerate of people that are supporting read more

Unfortunately, I took my grandson there as an after school treat. I used a $50 bill and was informed that their plastic equipment couldn't verify that it was legal. I scraped up the $50, exchanged it for the "fake" bill as Sheneka described it and left. The next day, I went to Ultra (where I had received it, as change from a $100 bill) I explained what happened and they ran the bill through their equipment behind a door at the Customer Service desk. Ultra gave me two twenties and a ten and declared the bill legal. It seems that the bill was a 1980's vintage, but still REAL. As I was near Jump and Jam, I decided to drop by to make them aware. Sheneka, who was out of the office, chose to have a member of her staff call me to say that she still thought the bill was a fake!! My question to this owner is "WHAT OTHER REASON WOULD I HAVE TO RETURN TO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS NEWS? You've already received your money..so, why are you so angry and insulting? I love this place! I have a baby and children of my own but my sister in law and brother had there birthday here this past weekend and my nieces and nephews love it. Are party host was amazing she helped everyone! I thought it would be very hard taking a baby and little ones here since of all older children but everyone is so nice! Your staff even helps children that need help climbing or getting up on batman jump. The bathrooms are clean and always filled. The little children area is great for little ones. I was so excited when Jump N Jam Playland opened, I think it's great for our community and gives the children a place to enjoy themselves completely without having to commute 30-45 minutes away. Myself, my children, family and guest had an amazing time. The rates are reasonable and they have food you can purchase on site. The music adds flavor and gets the kids even more excited. The staff there are very welcoming and great with the kids,( my husband loved that). We have already been a number of times and we love it! read more

I LOVE this place! We had my 5 year old sons birthday here. The place is well lit and very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful and our guests were very impressed. All the kids loved the inflatables and bounce houses, and the private party room was the perfect size. We could have opened our presents here (it is allowed), but after talking to the staff, we opted to send that time jumping, eating pizza and cake and socializing with our guests. I would highly recommend this place for a party. We will be back in November for our daughters birthday! read more

Well, not sure where to start. We just had my sons birthday celebration at Jump Zone. Everything was going great, the kids loved the inflatables. Everyone was having a good time, kids playing and adults talking. The pizza came and the food was good. My sister noticed 2 birthday cards were missing from a gift bag. A neighbor noticed a card was missing on the gift they brought. We started to dig deeper. All the cards were missing. I ask our Hostess for the room, was anyone in the room, hostess states 2 ladies and a man was in there. I start to interrogate her. She goes to the bathroom to check for the cards and she she finds one in the feminine holder. My niece goes to inspect the stalls and doesn't see anymore. I go to the manager and say we have a problem and to call the police. He does not want to do that. At this point I know one card is missing with cash in it, don't know what is in the other cards. I call the police and they send an officer. I ask about the people she stated she saw in the room, she cannot place them and is getting very nervous the police were called. Mysteriously 3 more cards surface from hostess. She states she found them in the feminine holder, but my niece already checked there. My sister starts interrogating her, hostess is shaky and very nervous. The police question her and take my statements. I ask the owner, how long has she been an employee - 2 weeks Did you conduct a background - not yet.... WHAT? We have kids in this establishment and you have not conducted background check?? Pedophiles, felons, thief's, drug addicts??? I ask about surveillance cameras - none..... So what have I learned that I can pass on for your child's next party: - Ask about the staff and polices, do they conduct background checks when, how long is the tenure of employees and manager. Do they have anyone with a criminal history - What is the protocol and policy if an emergency or other issue happens - Always keep someone you know from your party in the room with gifts and personal items -Take charge is somethings happens, if I did not call the police I do not think the owner would have. My son's birthday is NYE. So I wanted to book his party early...My phone call was answered by a man named Joe who told me he was the owner. He looked up all the info I wanted. He informed me that "Historically NYE is very slow for us and it'd be wide open for your kids." That sounded fantastic. He told me that there was one other birthday party that day at 1:00 or 1:30...but, if I could schedule mine a bit earlier there would be no overlap. So, I moved my son's party to 11:30AM. He did make me aware that one other party could be booked at the same time as my son's--however, they only booked parties of same aged children. Since my son was turning 3 any other party booked would have to be similar in age. (Their website confirms this.) Great, huh?! I was also made aware that I could order pizza and drinks from them the day of the party and I could bring my own cake and appetizers for adults. Perfect! Someone from Jump Zone called a few days before the party to confirm and answer any questions I might have. Everything was going smoothly.... My husband works in the area where Jump Zone is located. He drives by it daily. As we pulled in the parking lot he expressed some concern with the number of cars in the parking lot. He told me there are never a lot of cars in the lot. This made me a bit concerned, as well, since we had 20 kids coming. We had to park far away and trudge back and forth with a cake, appetizers, etc... I got an uneasy feeling the moment I walked in the door. The place was PACKED with children. When I asked a woman at the front desk what was going on, she told me there was a New Year's Eve (Open to the public) Party going on. WHAT?? I told her I was there for the 11:30 birthday party. She barely could acknowledge me because of the line of people waiting to get in the place and others who were trying to buy drinks from her. I told her that I was furious about this and that I wanted to talk to the owner who booked my party. In between helping the crazy line she had, she told me she was going to have someone show us to our party room. Walking to the room, the horrible knot in my stomach got worse. There were so many parents to walk through and not even enough seats for them all! It was impossible to see any one child because of the number running around. This was going to be awful! Not at all what was promised on the phone! As soon as we were showed in the room, my husband and I looked at each other in awe. What was going on?? A young worker came in and told me that the person that was supposed to be in charge of our party wasn't there and he'd find out who it would be. He came back a little bit later and announced it would be him. I couldn't help but cry as I spoke to him. I told him that I wanted to talk to whoever I booked the party with...Joe or Joel. He told me the owner "stepped out" for a bit but, he'd get me his cell number. He came back with it and I called...straight to Voice Mail....which I left demanding a call back immediately. I decided we had to make due until he called since guests were about to arrive. EVERYONE who walked in through the craziness looked at me like, "What's with the chaos??" I had to explain that unfortunately Jump Zone never told me they created an open to the public event after I booked my son's party. So, I had parents who could not stand around and chat leisurely with one another since they had to monitor the insanity that was Jump Zone's NYE Party! The young guy helping us was very kind through all of this. He told me that he has never seen it like this before and he would have the manager come in. That's when I met Ben. At first he tried to tell me that the NYE event was created a long time ago. I informed him I knew that was not true since the OWNER would have notified me of that when booking in November. I'm sure he was scared of me since I was a pissed off mom at my son's birthday party. He seemed nervous as he tried to offer my party a free pitcher of pop and pizza and extra jump time at the end. No thank you. So, the kids could all puke? I just wanted this nightmare party to be over! As I stood talking to Ben and the original girl at the front counter, they discussed stopping entrance to their open event! They started turning people away!! Picture how many people were in there! What a complete zoo. My party had 20 kids and at least 20 adults for a total of 40 people... Then there was their crazy event! Surely fire codes were broken! Surely my contract was broken which says only a like age party can be booked! My brother, who is a lawyer, watched an employee climb a pole to put up the balloon drop as children waited under it! Then they all ran around with horns jumping! So UNSAFE! Never has the owner called me back! How bout a call to inform me?? He is a JOKE...way to HIDE-let the minimum wage workers deal with it!*Pay with a credit card so you can charge it back when they break the contract!* read more

Would never recommend! Pick-up drivers drove over my neighbors backyard grass with sprinkler system. Jumpie smelled and was dirty. Asked for a small return for the inconvenience and was thrown "policy" talk that they could not do that. read more

I liked the facility, it was clean and open. However, I had my daughter's birthday party there and was very disappointed in the management. The parties are supposed to be aged matched to ensure safety for the children, however, our 4 year old birthday party was full of 8-10 year old children from other parties and there were (2) parties booked during our party time instead of the promised (1) party so it was very crowded as well. I had to ask the staff several times to help monitor kids because several kids in our party had gotten hurt from the older kids and no staff monitoring the inflatables. I was also very disappointed by the unfriendly party coordinator that was assigned to us. There are many other options for inflatable party venues to choose this one. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Rented 1 bounce house and 2 concessions from them. Paid upfront. HUGE mistake. The day of the party, 30 minutes before it was to start, I called them to find out when delivery was coming. I was told the driver would call me but he was running behind. When I talked to the driver, he informs me he will be 1.5 to 2 hours late!! Are you kidding me??? I told him the party would be over by then! I called the main person again to cancel and ask for a refund. NO REPLY! So now I'll have to fight it with my credit card company. Who thinks 2 hours late is acceptable? Why would they not call me to tell me that earlier and give me other options? Don't waste your time renting from them. Unprofessional to say the least! read more

A trip to this place yesterday was a total waste of my time and energy! The concept is cute but the "staff" is in dire need of a serious class in customer service!!!!! One girl attempted to take our table cloth off the table before our party was even over! We never even got plates for our cake and ice cream! Lucky for us the grandparents lived close enough for us to continue the party at their house. It felt as though we were kicked out! and the food-Domino's pizza and juice boxes??? I had my son 1st birthday party here!!! The concept is really great for all ages... I dislike the location... It's in the cut... The service sucks,. The owners suck even more.. U can't put tape on there walls... So if u have decorations that requires tape. U can't use it... Son was invited to a birthday party here, the staff we encountered was friendly. The gentleman at the concession stand was helpful! The pictures shown don't really give you a good feel of what the place is like, it was way more spacious than I thought and quite a few bounce houses. There are a couple party rooms from what I saw and quite a few picnic tables in the bounce area off to the side. The music was kind of loud, but maybe that's what people consider a good time! I hosted my son's 3rd birthday party here, and everything was great! There were lots of inflatables, of varying sizes, which kept the older and younger kids entertained. The food (pizza and concessions) was delicious; and the face painter was artistic and fun. My hostess, Miranda, was a huge help as well. Jump N Jam is a great place for kids. I love the environment as well as the set up. I love the interaction between the young energetic staff and kids. They have a great variety of inflatables that's enjoyable for kids of all ages. reading the other comments about the pricing of food and drinks can be discouraging however lets be realistic, its a business. I recently went to the movie theater and spent 4.50 for a bottle of Dasani water :-/.............overall this is a new business getting its feet of the ground and I love it, my kids love it so I will definitely be a patron of Jump n Jam. read more

my niece had her 2nd birthday here and it was a blast! i have a 3 and almost-5 year old and they didn't want to leave after the party ended. the room is the perfect size with all inflatables in one room (keeps the kids in clear view at all times) and there were enough inflatables to keep them occupied and happy for a good 2 hours. the inflatables are good for most ages, and they have a special section for the toddlers/babies. staff is really nice and good at monitoring the activities (important for the little ones!). the batman obstacle, rope climb/slide, and princess castle were my kids favorites. the party itself was really well-organized. we were able to come and go in our reserved room and full access to the play room. it was our first time here and we'll definitely be back! read more

We just had our son's 4th birthday party at Jumpzone and it was fantastic!! Ben, the party coordinator, was extremely polite and thorough. If you call and book through Ben, they will give you 3 large pizzas for free (from Uno's)! You're also allowed to bring juice boxes, appetizers, and dessert. You have a party room assistant who helps you on the day of the party to serve pizza to the kids. Ours was Jennifer and was super helpful and polite! As we were leaving, I met the owner of the establishment and he took the time to ask how everything went. I could tell from the conversation that he genuinely cares about the overall experience and quality of the facility. All the kids had a blast! We can't wait to go back for open jump! read more

GHETTO!! If you like that type of an atmosphere, Jump N Jam is your place. They should have lockers rather than a dirty bucket that does not secure your personal things. They do not play kid friendly music the entire time you are there. Little girls and boys twerking and girating is not appropriate. Went to the ladies room to take my son to the bathroom and a young girl told me there was blood on one seat and the other one was out of order. When we left she said that bathroom was just nasty. With all the people in that building there should definitely be more than 4 stalls. Had to take my son to the men's room which I couldn't go in. Bathrooms should be monitored every 30 mins when kids are involved. When I addressed the staff about the restroom they were just sitting to the side like there wasn't a care in the world. It was overcrowded. There is definitely a lack of customer service. The woman at the concession stand was taking orders and then she was gone. She knew there were people in line and just went to set up. Instead of saying someone will be with you momentarily. My people, we have to do better! read more

We just went to this jump zone this weekend for our niece's birthday and we were overwhelmed with how clean the place was! Not only that, our party assistant was super helpful and friendly. I've been to many jump zone's and none have been as clean and as well lit as this one. All the kids had a great time and I would drive the extra mile to go to this one anytime. read more

My kids and I were invited to a birthday party here on NYE. The place was packed for a NYE event. Why would you schedule a birthday party when you would have that many people coming to an event? Did you forget you scheduled a birthday party that day? This was a party for a 3 year old. You could have scheduled the party for before or after your special event. There were also people from the NYE event trying to come in the party room and eat the food. There was no supervision of the inflatables by any staff members. There were several staff members standing around talking to each other. The funny thing is that there were so many people there when I walked in that not one staff member checked me in. I could have been from off the street and not paid for the special event and they would have never known. read more

if i could give zero i would!!! i threw a party there for my daughters birthday, and my sister came all the way from the west suburbs to join us. She dropped her phone looking after the kids and someone turned it in to one of the employees. When we went to look for it they say someone tuned it in it was behind the counter. long story short one of the employees stole her phone and the manger refused to run cameras back. Her words were (because i don't want to ). And on top of that the restrooms were horrible very unsanitary. read more

Me and my daughter come her about once a week and sometimes we bring friends and family along. Everyone always has a good time. This place is very clean which is an important issue for me because I wouldn't allow my daughter to play anywhere that is dirty or smelly (hence why we never go to chuckie cheese). Another plus is that they have free wifi so I'm always bringing my laptop and doing my H.W. I am a college student so I take advantage that my daughter can safely play while I catch up on some studying. The only negative comment that I have to say is that the staff isn't so good with customer service but that's an issue that with a bit of more experience they can fix. I have spent about $200 in this establishment through Groupon which is such a great deal because I've used 35 passes already. Oh and one more thing ! its close to home, every other jump zone is so far away so thanks for joining our community ! read more
