Great place to let your littles play & burn off some energy! Bounce house area is upstairs with 2 big bounce houses & 1 big bouncy slide. & a basketball arcade type game (where you throw the ball in the net for points; timed) Also, a little car ramp set up. My son enjoyed! Downstairs (front entrance) has multiple different play areas. Some type of game projected on the wall that my kids enjoyed. A "ninja" type set up with balance beam. Another car/train set up. Bathroom was clean. Overall place was clean. Options for drinks & snacks & a a few tables to sit and rest. We enjoyed those options & were reasonably priced I thought. We had 4 juice boxes, 2 waters, 3 bags of chips, & a sucker & it was around $10. Cards accepted for all things. $5 minimum charge on snacks though. Front desk lady was super friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend. We were almost turned down by a few negative reviews, but a local friend saved them. We met up there & we all had a good time. DONT FORGET SOCKS! (Like I did) BUT they also, save the day & are fully prepared for that issue & have socks to purchase. Also pretty cheap & reasonable. Have different sizes to accommodate all. Just little ankle socks! Also, SUPER important to me is I was able to see my children at ALL TIMES! Even in the inflatables. Everything is open spaces & inflatables have mesh screens or the slide is all open for clear visibility. Parents are also allowed on inflatables with socks. I spent 1.5 hours driving one way to pick up grand kids yesterday, only to arrive and discover they are closed Wed and Thurs. Apparently they don't care enough about customers to keep their website updated with accurate hours, as it clearly says open 10-2 on both days. They should change their name to lock-m-out. I'll never go back, because if they are so lax with something so simple, it makes me question what other safety issues they may ignore. However, if you decide to go, I'd recommend you call day of, as their published information can't be trusted. read more

wish I could give this place negative stars!!! I was not allowed to enjoy the day with my daughter because of the "friendly"and "helpful" staff they say they have on their website, and my daughter didn't get to have her mommy around for the majority of her birthday because she was too busy trying to prove that she was innocent of a malicious charge and threat of minor misdemeanor. Way to go jump n shout! They gave this single mama an incredibly hard time and took away what was supposed to be a beautiful day celebrating motherhood and the birthday of her child, into a fight for her livelihood, reputation, and public record... I am a 100% single mother -with absolutely no breaks- and I threw a party for my daughters 5th birthday on Saturday. I was rushed through the entire party, as we were only given the room for 1 hour, I was asked to pay in the beginning and then stood in a busy line to pay and then was told to pay at the end in case more kids show up, so much unnecessary time was lost there. I had to decorate for my own party, there was confusion on the website, even though it asked me if I was throwing a party for a boy or girl, I assumed the party would have a generic birthday theme. And then I was rushed to leave, and then the staff had the audacity to ask me for a tip!!! I didn't give a tip because the package was $300 and they didn't really do anything except waist my time and rush me in a completely plain looking room, and then they charged me for extra kids that weren't even at my daughters party! The package comes with 10 kids, I had 12 in my party, and I was charged for 18 kids! It keeps getting worse... On top of that, the package promised unlimited jumping after the party and was asked to leave at 2:30pm, when they close at 8pm!!! Staff at jump n shout then proceeded to accuse me of being intoxicated because they think they smelt alcohol on the table cloth when they were cleaning up, and called the police without confronting or even asking me first. I was extremely exhausted from the night before prepping presents and gift bags for the attendees and such, after I put my little one to bed and I sometimes battle insomnia, so apparently my eyes were glossy and they felt the need to accuse me and harass me of intoxication. I was too busy setting up the party, coordinating the party and taking the decorations down, I had no idea what they were talking about. After we left the party room and we're watching the kids in the main jumping areas, I was simply sitting with other parents catching up and playing with my birthday girl for the first few minutes since we arrived at 12. I was asked to go into the back room to talk about my party and immediately threatened with a charge of Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication by a police officer because they smelled grape juice? On a tablecloth. I was taken away from my kids birthday celebration and had to do a breathalyzer to prove that I was just in fact exhausted, as I had said and I was humiliated and embarrassed and pressed to the point of a crying mental breakdown. One of the staff again had the audacity to attack me verbally by accusing me and telling me that she was "also a single mother of 4, and that I did not look tired, I clearly looked intoxicated" and that she knew the difference. Embarrassing for us all, the results of the practically forced Breathalyzer test that I had to travel away from the party to the police station to take revealed that I blew a 0.000 and was in fact telling the truth. The owner then refused to have her staff apologize for the wrongful harassment, unjust accusations, and terrible inconvenience and on top of that refused to refund me any of my money, since my kid still got the party room for an hour and it was definitely a "memorable" party, in the worst possible way!!! Please find a better establishment to entertain your kiddos! This place is beyond greedy and just immoral. read more

Kids' Birthday parties and their venues. You know, where a kid can be an enraged barbarian. Or where everything is pay to play and you have to trust your precious child with tens of dollars in fake gold coins and constantly lather them in hand sanitizer. Not at Jump N Shout. It's well planned, with thoughtful spaces for all kinds of activities. It's really bright and clean and isn't the usual volume level of other bounce house activity places. (Which are usually like running behind a 747 that's taking off.) Splitting the play zones before floors is great: usually, my little guy is just a bit small for the big kid attractions, so he gets steamrolled by bigger kids. But he's able to move to a completely different floor if he needs to. Plus, the staff is really attentive and keeps things safe and fun for everyone. I can't wait to visit again! The unlimited play rates are really nice, so we can spend rainy days or oppressively hot days playing instead of watching TV or YouTube videos. Plus, it's close to the Barn, so there's nearby food! read more

I agree that this place was clean and well maintained. My kids had a great time. It was mind-numbingly loud with all the inflatables though, but I'm not sure there's anything that can be done about that. The second floor is only accessible by stairs. read more

Wonderful experience for our granddaughter's 5th birthday party. Taylor communicated frequently with us as we made the plans and accommodated our every need. Pizza was surprisingly tasty and all the children aged 3.5 to 6 had a great time. We especially liked the option of reserving the facility completely for our party - Yes! It costs more to do that but for an hour or two, it is worth it for the full access for the children to the fun fun fun. We will definitely plan our grandson's party there next! read more

My Kids love coming here. I've never had the pleasure of going, but my kids have for field trips and birthday parties and rave about it. I say, if kids talk about it longer than a few months it's a win. I do wish it was a little cheaper, it's a little expensive for my budget. read more

My kids love this place...there is something to do for everyone. My toddler loves the downstairs area and can play for hours. My 6 year old loves the upstairs inflatables and will also play a bit downstairs with my toddler and my 11 year old loves the nerf wars and will also jump around on the upstairs inflatables for quite some time. I wish I could give this place more stars but unfortunately the staff at the facility put a damper on the experience. The place was very clean and the activities there were great, but when you have staff constantly yelling at the kids at a "play place" how can you enjoy it? We had brought a large group of kids, but apparently that is looked on negatively. Our group of parents were always around watching the kids, but constantly on edge when "Karen" came around. To start, our children were told to stay quiet and sit still while we waited for the rest of the group. The staff member who signed us in was clearly annoyed when we advised her our group was 20 kids. She made a face to me when I advised her one of the families coming had 9 kids. Once everyone was signed in and paid for, she was constantly coming up to yell at the kids for one thing or another. I understand there are rules to follow, but with multiple adults supervising the kids, there was nothing out of line. It is a play place after all, shouldn't kids be running around and yelling and playing? All of our kids were simply playing together and having fun. No one got hurt, they didn't hurt or disrupt other kids there, and they didn't damage anything. The kicker was when we were leaving, the same staff member made a comment to another coworker and pointed towards our group. With this being my first experience there, I was upset on how disrespected we were and the poor customer service. Our families chose to go here to support a small business, but apparently they are okay with us going to another place in the future. read more

My son was at your facility this morning with his nanny and I was just made aware of the appalling conditions my son was exposed to while at your facility. Apparently it was so cold in your building at 11am today that children didn't want to take coats and shoes off. My son was only able to play for less than 45 mins and then he said it was too cold to stay any longer. The main level's thermostat read 52 degrees and the upstairs read 46 degrees. You cannot provide such dangerous and cold conditions for young children! If your heater is not working, then do not open your doors and take money from customers. You should of remained closed until the problem could be fixed. My son did not have fun, therefore it was a waste of money, but you also exposed him to unsafe cold temperatures. After being a loyal customer for years, I am disgusted with what happened today and will not be back again. read more
