I came to this place for my cousins birthday and had fun in the area. The place has many fun things to do and definitely keeps a kid entertained. My main reason i'm giving this place a one star was how I was treated by one employee , Crystal ( that is what she told us her name was). One of the rules is not to wear shoes in the play/inflatable area. I followed that rules the entire time i was there. 5 minutes before closing I went to get my stuff from the cubbies and returned back into the play area. I never put my shoes on. I had them in my hands. I sat it down for literally one second to check my phone and Crystal came up to me and told me I can't have my shoes on in the play area. The way she approached me was very aggressive and unprofessional. I nodded and went to my family as we were about to leave the place. I sat down to adjust and the same lady that approached me began yelling at me in front of my family saying she told me multiple times (She told me once) that I can't have shoes on in this area. She went on to yelling at me unprofessionally as I was trying to explain that I'm just getting ready to leave and she doesn't need to make this a big deal. Keep in mind I never had my shoes on the entire time!!! My cousins mom went up to crystal to tell her that her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Crystal began yelling at my cousins mom saying that I shouldn't have done that and I didn't follow the rules. My family and I left that place very upset and angry. My family and I respected their facility and have supported them many times just for one unprofessional employee to ruin it for us. We will definitely not be returning to this place. I hope this reaches the owner of the facility to train their employees to be respectful to guest, to approach them in a professional and calm manner if there is any concerns and to de escalate conflicts instead of escalating it. read more

I drive 45 minutes nearly every Saturday to take my son here! We love the variety of things to do, they make sure they have something for all ages that are allowed to go there. Staff is friendly and on top of managing the play area and making sure kids are following rules. Only downside is they are very strict about no running and it can get crowded which takes away slightly also wish they had more evening hours so sat wasn't the only day we could go there. We've been here for open play and my twins love it, so we decided to have their 4 year old birthday party there. It could not have gone more smoothly. You show up 5 minutes before your party time starts and give them any decorations, snacks, cake, party favors, etc. you have and then go play for an hour and a half. After the end of jump time they round everyone up to take a photo and then you go upstairs to the party room. When we got to the party room everything had been set up, the snacks were out and organized, and the cake was sitting there ready to be cut (they even had the candles and matches there). After cake we did presents on big blow up chairs (one for each of my twins). Everything was perfect! We could not have asked for a better party. My only tip is if you're thinking about having a party here, book early! We booked over two months in advance and they were already filling up! read more

(I think all Snohomish County moms are keeping it to themselves) We lived in Bellevue for two years when we 1st moved to Washington, then, moved to Monroe area three years ago, and LOVE it up here! Jump Rattle and Roll has been open for around 2 years. One of our daughters was one of their first customers at a birthday party. Soon after we had a birthday here for our youngest. Our girls are invited to friends from Bellevue's parties. Between living in this area and Bellevue, no joke, I thin k we've gone to EVERY inflateable bouncy house place up and down the Eastside (including Seattle's mayhem at the Seattle Center during Spring Break). Anyway, BY FAR, VERY, VERY FAR... we're lucky in Monroe! They have great lounge areas for kids, adults, and are awesome about providing lots of baby and toddler areas. That alone sets them far apart from anything I've been to in the last five years of being a Washington mom. We're small town, so the owners recognize us/our girls when we stop in. It feels personal. It's a great way to get wiggles out on a rainy day or a half day. Their party prices are competitive to everything else out there. I have been here multiple times because my son does love it but the last few times have been horrible. There is a no running rule that the staff does not enforce. We went in yesterday 1/7/18 and there were kids running everywhere and my son was constantly getting knocked over and his face/other body parts were getting slammed into toys. There is also a Jump house that is only for 3 and under and there were older children in it and my son got body slammed.. he is only 1 year old. I talked to one of the staff and they didn't do anything. I didn't even see them come out and check on anything the entire hour I was there. My son left with bruises on his face and body. The facility is well done and always clean! This place rocks! The staff are friendly & great with kids, they have a variety of really cool bounce houses (slides, & obstacle course style), and best of all $7 per kid & adults are FREE (and they can play along with their kids!) A big pet peeve of mine with kids places is when they charge adults who are just going to watch/help their kids have fun. Make sure you check their Facebook page BEFORE you go, though. What could have been a perfect birthday party experience for my 5yo daughter was completely spoiled by the terrible attitude and customer service of the staff at JR&R. Everything was going wonderfully until we got up to the party room, where the majority of my guests (who had been to birthday parties there before) were commenting on how the staff had not come up to facilitate at all and they were surprised at how unhelpful they had been compared to past experiences they had had there before. They didn't come to give us the lighter for the cake, nor inflate the "throne" for the present opening (which because they never showed up upstairs and the communication was so non-existent I didn't even KNOW about until a friend of mine offered to plug it in last minute so my daughter could have a second on it before we rushed out). They didn't come up to tell us what time restraints we had in the party room, or even to help us take down all of the stuff to the car as they were supposed to, or even to help us clean up. But all of that would have been fine, and we would have still walked away happy customers. But after we rushed to make certain we were out of the party room completely 5 minutes before our time limits were up, my newly potty-trained 2 year old had to use the toilet for a #2 and I politely waited outside the front (glass, see through) door in order to not intrude on the next child's birthday party while she finished in the bathroom with my husband. Well she is 2 so that took 10-15 minutes and when we were finished we got in the car to go only to then have the staff member come and tell us we still needed to pay. I had assumed they would charge my credit card on file (from the deposit when I had booked that party) so I apologized and went inside to pay the remaining balance. It was then that she told me she would be charging me $25 for running over our time allowance. When I reminded them that we had most positively been finished and out of the party room with 5 minutes to spare, she told me they charge me "until the time I paid." So those 15 minutes I stood 5 feet from them waiting for my 2 year old to poo, they charged me $25! When I pushed back and said that was outrageous, that they never communicated that when I had to send my friend down to ask them what time we had until because they never once showed their faces, and that they could've asked me to pay when I came down from the room and was putting my shoes on with 5 minutes to spare or any time thereafter, they said their "manager had approved it." I was incredulous and asked AGAIN that they were going to charge me for the time my daughter had been POOPING in the bathroom on our way out, while I waited outside the building where they could directly see me but DIDN'T mention I would need to give them my credit card a 2nd time, and I was given attitude and they refused when I asked to speak to the manager. When I asked why in the world they hadn't asked me to pay during that time when I was mere feet away waiting to leave, that it seemed like they knew I would get charged extra and were being greedy and out for all they could get with no remorse, I got more attitude and they told me I could call the manager the next day with obvious lack of any concern. Feeling like this must be a young girls' bad training and poor customer service mistake, I called the manager 3 times, leaving a voicemail and asking her to call me back and days later I have had no response. I have never left a negative review before, and I am not one to complain usually and really don't like a fuss, but this customer service was beyond poor and left a sour taste in my mouth at the end of my daughter's party and has appalled all of my guests who were so surprised by the complete greed of charging us $25 extra in such a on-purpose, sneaky and backhanded way. Extremely disappointed and hoping this review helps future party goers to look out for themselves if they should book a birthday party here, because from my personal experience the staff and management really don't seem to care much either way as long as they get their money! read more

We had a party here for our 4 year old and I highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful and did an awesome set up with a mix of the items they have there to use and the items we brought in. They will set it all up and coordinate color schemes for you and set everything up, all the place settings and food. The room upstairs was comfortable and clean. We had about 50 people, kids and adults and a few were standing but it was a good space. The entire place is clean and maintained very well. The only negative, which I didn't clarify myself before, was that they charge you for each person under 18. We had 6 teens that didn't jump and were there for the party and I was charged extra for them. I can't blame the staff because I should have asked. It was frustrating but in the end not a huge deal. It was an expensive party overall with the food and pizza but our family and friends enjoyed and it was worth it. read more

Our daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here with a bunch of family and friends today. We've been to the open jump time several times prior to the party - have to say that this place is totally awesome. We live in Kirkland but it's worth the drive. The owners are totally customer focused. The experience works for kids who want to jump, kids who need a break or aren't into jumping, and parents who want to play too or just chill out. An indoor play structure, doll houses, air hockey, train tables, places to sit comfortably and more make this a well rounded fun spot for the whole family. We are considering having our daughter's next birthday here as well! The experience was awesome - with us just basically having to show up and the rest was taken care of. as i see the one good review im not saying this place is bad but think twice before you have a birthday party here, they overlap their bookings while u get billed for the entire 1 and a half hours so when you are upstairs ( which is NOT ada complient) the new party comes in on your heels with their kids literally jumping on YOUR dime....Our family had booked a birthday party there over a year ago and there were already the incoming parties kids being allowed to jump on the jump houses when we were headed upstairs like that is soooo nice (NOT) that we pay think it was 185 dollars for an hour and a half party to allow people that were not a part of our party jump on the stuff that we were still paying for!! The bathrooms are downstairs, the stairs to the " party room" are step, hard wood and heaven help anyone who falls down them ( hope that never happens) I stress the non ada compliance we had a grandmother that was unable to attend because she could not climb the stairs....I just believe if you are going to charge someone for an hour and a half they get the full hour and a half and i dont care if the " party" is upstairs someone has already paid for that 30 minutes the party is upstairs and then our kids and family dont have to trip over and through other peoples stuff crammed into the shoebox storage area for people's personal belongings = frustrated read more
