Pros and Cons: Pros: mini arcade, skating catered to kids with a device to hold on to while you skate, 3 bouncy house, spot for bday parties, good for real little kids, maybe 4-6 yr olds, price point Cons: entirely too loud!, a good amount of arcade games didn't work and two took my coins, they ran out of bouncy socks and I couldn't jump without them, there were only 3 bouncy houses. You get what you pay for. Do I ever want to come here again? Not really. Do I recommend coming here? If you want a cheap place to take your kid, but you could also go to a park. Will your child leave with an extensive knowledge of trap music? Yes lol! But above anything do kids care about any of that? No. This is a place they can run free with no rules. Just a heads up, none of the games ever work. They do not give you the tickets or sometimes they straight up just don't work at all, but if you let them know, they will give you the tickets or tokens that you didn't get. The bumper cars are a separate charge and you have to go up front to use it. They removed a few things from the old pictures I seen. There is only 1 bounce house, 1 slide and 1 obstacle course. A skating rink and rock climbing wall as well. None is supervised so be sure to keep an eye on your kid. Only took two stars off because of the potential safety issues with the rock climbing area and the games never working. read more

Real Mom Talk: Is this a place I ever want to go? No. Is it the classiest or cleanest? No. Do my kids not care and have the BEST. TIME. EVER? Yes!! So I take one for the team and bring them here. This is the only jump place IN the actual city, so for that, a HUGE plus!! (I warmly welcome this spot in the back of small strip mall and thank the owners for saving me a schlep to the burbs when my kiddos want to bounce!) A few days ago, my kids played for 4 hours straight, went through 3 bottles of water AND ran around with Sponge Bob, Spider-Man, Elmo and Paw Patrol!! They have costumed characters that come out and chase and entertain the kids throughout the day and it's awesome. This happens at no additional charge and not just for parties either! They have a decent amount of arcade games and typical junk food like pizza and chicken fingers etc, which I can't speak about because we've never actually eaten here and honestly it seems silly to with so many great options in the neighborhood. They have about 5 bounce attractions including slides, a basketball court and one with an arm you duck or jump over, which I've actually never seen at any other bounce places. (It reminds me of an 'American Gladiator'...remember that show?) They also have an electronic bull, which I haven't decided whether it's awful parenting or just down Right hilarious. It is Very cool and I have myself given it a go! (This attraction is an additional charge. $5 a rider I believe and well worth it!! Convince your spouse and video them!) We always buy a super reasonable Groupon, which I should mention is only valid during the week. The staff are younger gals but are very nice. -My kids, 7 & almost 10 have an absolute ball here and they come home ready to pass out early! #winning This place does have a lot going for it... - I don't have to leave the city - It's very fairly priced -they have free parking. -It's small enough where I'm not worried where my kids are but it's filled enough to keep them occupied for awhile! The place was fun especially the bumper cars it was fun but some of the games were broken or out of order and the food was a 7.9 out of ten and the the trample park was a lol dirty and deflated would recommend and the scaring ring was 8 out of ten it was bumpy read more

We had our daughter 2nd birthday party here. Book for a Saturday from 4-6 for the party room. We paid $350 for the party package and 2 order of the $59.99 family deal. The party package came with 3lg pizza drinks and token. Which we only received 2 lg pizza for that order. And the 2 of 59.99 deal came with 2 lg pizza, wings, chicken tenders, fries and drinks. So we supposed to get 4lg pizza and double of everything. An hour went by after the 2 lg pizza came to us. So I asked my oldest daughter to go ask about our food. Wondering why she was taking so long, so I went to check. She then told me the lady told her all of our food was served to us already and she took the receipt from my daughter. The female manager then came out unprofessional claiming our party was over since 1pm and that she claimed she made our wings personally and brought it to us. I told her no, we booked for 4-6, we never received any wings or the rest of our order. She insisted we did! Walked off and mumble things under her breath. So I spoke to a kid that was working there, explained to him what was going on. He was kind enough to try and figure out order and get it all to us. This manager then came back again and asked what was I waiting for. Told her I'm waiting for my orders. So after I explained to her again what package we paid for and what food came to us. She still claim they only owe us just 3. No, it's supposed to be 5 more lg pizza. She finally asked to see my receipt and told her the lady took it to the back. So she went back there and looked at the receipt, and I can see her reading it. I guess she realized she was wrong and never walked back out to us. Sadly, by the time they brought out all of our pizzas, they announced that they were closing early. How F**ked up was that? We paid $500 to just sat in the party room and waited those two hours for our food. The kids didn't even get to play or skate. Not once that I was up there at the register did she mentioned they will be closing early. We deserve a refund. We didn't even get to sit and enjoy that salty pizza! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR EVEN THINK ANOUT BOOKING ANOTHER PARTY! read more

I take my son on skate floor there no staff to watch the kids at on the skate floor management ask the teen to get off the wall a number of times they moved and got back on when he walked away. My son got push down 3-time because the older kids were playing tag, horse playing around STAFF IS NEEDED ON SKATE FLOOR I went to get bumper car tickets at the front was in line for 10 mins because only 2 cash register you have to pay for admission, food, skates, tokens & etc. The food orders were back up a lot, but management and supervisor got all the food order done in a timely matter even after getting cursed out by a few customers. I paid for adults to skate that couldn't because they didn't have their size skates asked for a refund and would not give me one for the people who could not skate said we will call it even because I owed money for 2 pizzas. Please for the love of God do not have your party here it was the worst party I could've ever had for my four-year-old. First off I came in on a Tuesday at 11 AM to put my money down for the party and it was nice and quiet and they had kid friendly music and I was like oh this place is great so I paid my money. So I was supposed to have it Saturday, November 21 but since they're shutting down the city I moved it to Thursday because I was the last day that they were open I was told that there was open availability so I assume that there were meant there was no other parties at the same time as mine so I show up there's at least 100 people in there and mind you this is during Covid times and there's no way that that is legal I get in there I don't my guest arrive the staff starts bringing juice by so my mom ask is that our juice the guy anger replies no! You didn't tell me what kind of juice you want mind you this is now going in 45 minutes in the party no juice the kids are drinking soda that I bought on my own. Don't even get me started on the jumping area 70 kids running around sweating no mess parents dressed up their ass is hanging out rap music on with cursewords in it with a bunch of four-year-olds it was a Covid nightmare I also had older people in my party that were not able to leave the room because of everyone walking around without a mask flash forward to the character they provide you for your party my daughter chose Chase he came in for literally 20 seconds didn't wave stood there and left. I finally complain to the manager and say this is not what I had in mind when I came here the other day it was not like this there is horrible cursewords music playing people are running around a mess this is horrible I was so upset I actually started crying and he just looks at me and says I don't know what is wrong. Finally after that he decides he's going to patrol people and starts yelling at everyone to put their mask on by this time the party is over in 20 minutes oh and they change the music to Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake which is at least a little friendlier than "fuck you bitch get this money" music they had on. I just wish that he was honest with me when I planned the party and told me there was going to be at least 100 people in there during my party because I would've canceled during normal times this is fine for Covid times it's too dangerous to have all those people and it definitely wasn't legal. All in all just steer clear from this place whatever you can go to Jersey they have plenty bouncy houses this just isn't it. read more

This place is amess. They don't supervise the children. The employee literally tried to fist fight me for complaining about her being on her cell phone while the kids were trampling each other. She had to be pulled away by other costumers. The owner had to have her escorted out by the police. Went to a birthday party yesterday. It was okay. The slides and obstacle courses were okay. However, I felt it was a bit overcrowded. There was also a blowup where there are two bars spinning around in a circle and the kids are supposed to jump or duck so they aren't hit. There were as many as 30 kids in this little circle at one time which made most of the kids collide into each other. That could pose a safety risk. The biggest issue was that the kids were jumping as soon as they got there and it was hot and it took 2 hours before there were refreshments for the kids. I wouldn't go back. read more

Went with a friend, her daughter and mine today for the first time! Reasonable price 5$ and the owner (super sweet guy) let my 1 yo in for free. Pizza was pretty good. I will say it was crowded but the kids enjoyed having others to interact with. Came here with a group of kids I work with. The facility has a lot of options for different obstacles and the price is reasonable. I am really impressed with the customer service we received. There was a young lady and gentleman working and they were both really pleasant and continued to check if we needed anything. I've been twice and the only ride that has an attendee is The Bull, and that's only if someone is on it. My niece was trampled by bigger kids and the staff member did nothing. Had two parties to attend here in the same week. One on a Wednesday & the second on a Saturday. During the weekday seems just fine and perfect for the little ones. It was disappointing to see that two of their main attractions in the place was not on. There was no-one there to supervise it nor let the kids play on it. And it wasn't crowded at all. Now, on Saturday it was chaos. There were way too many parties going on not enough seats nor room. They had some sides blocked off by tables having parties so you'd have to walk all around the place just to get into the birthday party room that someone paid for. There was absolutely no supervision on kids at all. Half of the machines weren't working or weren't on. It was not a good idea to have younger kids playing because of safety reasons of being overcrowded. The two main attractions that people go here for weren't on of course. But yet you saw adults operating the machine themselves and riding on the bull. No-one stopped them but when you tried for the kids they would come over and tell them the area is closed. Also, I have nothing against people smoking weed, but you could smell it indoors reaking off of people. Why not do it on your time instead of when you have your kids with you. Smh. read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid, and avoid. If your child is use to the typical sky zone, get air, and/or pump it up this is not even close to the level of those establishments. The place is dimly lit, they don't have you sign a wavier for your child, there are barely any attendants to watch each bounce attraction, the bounce attractions are filthy and need to be power washed, the Elmo that walks around has a dirty costume, the music played is inappropriate for young kids, they have a climbing wall with barely any mats below it and tables literally adjacent to the wall, the party rooms look like a blind man painted them, and I could go on and on. There is no way this place has insurance bc if they did I'm sure a wavier would need to be signed, it's like an accident waiting to happen. read more

Dirty, hot, overcrowded with no supervision of any of the inflatables, which is a safety risk for little kids getting trampled by wild unsupervised older kids, as happened to my little one and i was glad I was paying attention so i could go in and drag him out from under two pre-teens who had trampled him. Half the arcade games are not working, eating tokens and not returning them. No shelves for shoes so there's just shoes strewn everywhere. Pump it up in springfield has less arcades but is way cleaner and well supervised. read more

This is a good idea, something for the kids to do. What I don't like about it is some of the workers weren't paying the kids attention while in the bounce houses. Some of the children were trampled on. The place should have an age limit because the big kids weren't letting the little ones go. The thought is nice. I took my 4 Yr old son here on Halloween simply because He refused to agree to go out trick or treating. ..There was not enough games to play;and the bull is not for lil toddlers. The other activitie next to the machine bull looks very dangerous for small children. I seen one kid repeatedly getting hit in the head from the polls he was supposed to jump over however, didn't.
