Adi did an amazing job communicating with me before delivering the bouncy house and at pickup. She was part of the 2 person crew who delivered the bouncy house, table and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. They did an amazing job. They set up the bouncy house and made sure it was clean before they left. The table and chairs were in excellent condition and clean. Pick up the next morning was easy and fast. I was able to reserve the perfect bouncer for my son's "Young, Wild & 3" party and was even able to add some chairs and a kids table with my order, which made things even easier for us. I had different plans to take 6 6yo girls to watch Moana 2. We get to the movies and the only theater showing it is out of service at this point I'm thinking we are sol. So with quick thinking I called jumper bros. They answered promptly, took my request for a jump asap. Came within the hour and set up. Sanitized the set. For both of these jumpers, and 2 generators: It was $590 total (including delivery & installation). Adi and the other team members went above and beyond. Super responsive, professional, understanding, flexible, and TIMELY means the most reliable vendors & company, ever! We love to find a great vendor to stick with for years to come. This was for a community Real Estate event for all the families nearby. Having such a colorful and high quality event helped us connect with people. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and even though they was closed at the time I called (early morning), she promised to call me back within 15mins. They provided very good service. She sent sms to me all the pictures of the jumpers that I asked. And the pricing. Reasonable prices for the service. The jumper was clean and beautiful. I had a phenomenal experience. I felt like I was borrowing from a friend. They got back to me so quick with my 49 questions. They were friendly and patient when the party had last minute changes requiring them to redo my contract 3 different times. There was a torrential downpour so our jumper was cancelled. There was no pressure or charge to decide to cancel or reschedule; I was able to let them know the day before once we knew for sure about the weather. I had the best experience working with Jumper Bros. I rented the White Open Castle bounce house. Their prices were better than many of the popular IG companies. I was able to rent a 13x18 white bounce house for the same price other companies were charging me for a 10x10. Service was friendly and reliable. There was great communication leading up to the party and on the day of. The white bounce house was beautiful and went perfect with my aesthetics! We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

They arrived right on time at the park where we had our event, and set up everything up quickly. The bounce house we got with the slide was large and spacious, a great deal for the price. Pickup was just a few minutes after the window they gave (not a big deal), but the guys who did the drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

He was incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and helped with details I wouldn't have even thought about. When the weather started looking iffy, I thought I might have to cancel, but Kirk was super flexible, offering advice and reassuring me he could reschedule or refund if needed. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless.
