We found Ashley Party Rentals a few years ago when we took over hosting Thanksgiving for our family. Ignacio and his team have always been so amazing. I rented a helium tank for 40 balloons. I filled up my balloons the night before my daughter's 1st birthday around 8pm. When I woke up on Saturday morning, half of my balloons were on the floor. They didn't even last 10 hours. I read that Mylar balloons will float 2-5 days with helium, mine were deflated looking and barley floated. Super disappointing. I contacted the number in my phone and sent them a text, they weren't sorry or showed any ounce of sympathy. I paid $70 dollars. I should of spent that money on balloons from a grocery store. The only reason I rented here bc of the great reviews. The lady at the desk for pick up is super nice and the person who text messages responds quickly. Those are why they got 2 stars and not just one. I won't rent helium from this place ever again. UPDATE: After reading Ignacio's response, I never complained once about the price. My complaint solely goes to the fact that I filled up balloons the day before my daughter's birthday and that they didn't last. He showed me a graph or picture from the supplier which doesn't mean much to me since I shouldn't have to worry or know much about helium and it's quality. Yes, I rented the tank 2 days before the party but didn't use it until the next day meaning it remained off. I didn't feel I needed to include a picture of the Mylar balloons as well since we all know what a non-floating balloon looks like. Again, zero sympathy or compassion. read more

I had a terrible experience with this company. Placing an order with Nacho was fairly easy, but when it came time to deliver he didn't communicate with me until I called him. The delivery guys were over an hour late and extremely rude. They wanted me to sign paperwork and take my money before they even took the rentals out of the car. Then when they did take out what I ordered, they didn't help prop up the tables or chairs. They just dropped and run. So upset read more

The communication and attentiveness is def 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 (that's being nice) because I requested five 60" tables that they said would accommodate 8 people each. The day of delivery came and I was told the tables can only fit seven each. This was extremely frustrating because on the day of the event you want to make sure you at least have places for everyone to sit!! I frustratingly had to deal with it because what else could I do ... with that being said if you order the 60" round tables they only fit seven, no matter what they say. Also, not all umbrellas matched. 2 out of 5 were entirely darker browns than khaki colored in which I requested. On the upside the communication is great and the price is affordable. read more

This idea began in 2008, when our own family had a need of a good party rental company that provided a great service, and a good selection of equipment, at affordable prices to our own family. We when to several different places to obtained equipment, and we found out that no one was courteous and have a a good selection of products and services. We star buying equipment for our own parties to avoid purchasing from mean people, and all the sudden all the guesses from our own events, want to rent our own equipment, and that is how Ashley party rentals when officially at live in May 2008

I am the manager of this places, and I would like to answer all this bad reviews, I look at this complains closely, and i found the truth hide from this people Kenji e., Jim s, and Jessica e. lets star one by one to Kenji: he called us on Monday regarding a combo jumper to deliver, ones he called we mention the price $140 plus delivery fee, he mention us that his friend said just to pay $110 we look at the account and after going a back and ford, we agree to price. We thought in orange county was the party, he told us no, is in Norwalk, we told him there is not route going in that direction this weekend he said last time you done it, we said no, he called again Wednesday, since we have tons of costumers daily we didn't know he was back again, he place the order we ask for Address he didn't give us an Address, we text him on Thursday he give no address again until Friday morning, we didn't answer soon for we where extremely busy, and he called to confirm delivery at 8:00 am on Saturday, i check the schedule and there was no order place, i ask him for address, he said Norwalk again, and again i told him there is no route going in that direction that day, we told him we can send some one in a special route in a later time he said no, we told him same Friday we can't do his order, for there is no route going that way, he got angry and he said he is gonna told his friend, he hang up and he calle us again 3 days latter and ask me for all the info to place in review on yelp, as a professional company we gave him the info. so he can let his frustrations go. read more

For the owner, if you were to truly read the reviews, May 11th was the updated review; I wrote my original review in April. You keep insiting the weather was terrible, no one showed up, food was returned to a truck? Our event had no rain on that day, we did not have a food truck, how can food be returned? No one showed up? Is that why these pictures exist? You insist you can't post up anything because you have NO PROOF oF YOUR LIES. You are the reason why fake reviews exist; I can only imagine a lot of the reviews on here are from families and friends. If you are gonna go at someone, make sure someone proofread your responses. Misspellings and poor grammar are very unprofessional and nonsensical. And no one has time to keep up with the responses, you're right. Since you are always making up lies with no evidence, I will keep coming at you. I originally ordered tents because I was worried it was going to be hot and sunny, but the park didn't allow large tents. Alejandro was able to provide umbrellas instead, and they helped a lot during the party. He also called the day before to confirm delivery times, and his employees were easy to reach on the day of pickup for the tables and chairs.
