I was VERY nervous to just use a random company I found online, but I didn't have many other options as I had kind of procrastinated in planning the party. But, the price was good and included delivery, set up, and pick up. They dropped it off when they said they would, and even offered to drop it off earlier if it was convenient for me. Pick up was also when expected. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My only suggestion is to maybe improve the booking process.

I prepaid for a slip and slide rental for our Fourth of July party. Leading up to the event, I repeatedly tried to confirm my reservation by calling, texting, emailing, and even submitting a message through their website. No one would answer the phone. After numerous attempts, I finally received a text acknowledging that they had received all of my calls, texts, emails, and website messages, but said they had another job. The response came across as rude, and they still wouldn't properly confirm my reservation until the very last minute. Then, on the day of my party, they texted that they would not be delivering because of the weather. The weather cleared up, and other inflatable rental companies were delivering and setting up all day. After that text, they completely stopped communicating. They ignored every phone call, text, and email. They never called to discuss options, never attempted to make things right, never delivered the slip and slide, and have not refunded my money. This left me scrambling on the morning of my party with 14 children expecting a slip and slide that never arrived. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, accountability, and customer service is unlike anything I've experienced. If you are looking for a reliable company for your event, I strongly recommend choosing someone else. I will never rent from Big Red Inflatables again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was as expected. We had no issues checking in and letting ourselves into the tent. It was furnished with care - luxury meets practical. They also included a card to wish us a happy anniversary, and had a few Lindor truffles I'm the mini fridge waiting. We were all thrilled to have the Keurig at our disposal for hot cocoa, tea and coffee service. All in all, everything about our stay was perfect! We had great weather, so the glamping (without a/c or heat) was just right. If you are worried about being warm/cold, you may want to bring additional provisions (they had a nice fan and that was just enough for us!) Well this is a clearly beautiful spot for a romantic getaway, it was also a perfect family event because every fellow parent knows you're already going to be packing your entire trunk with things for the kids, not to mention any recreational equipment you plan to bring to enjoy all of Lake cunningham. It was quite a treat to not have to think about bedding, air mattresses, fans, coffee gear, extra ice in the coolers, etc etc. We reached out a few days before to confirm furnishing details because we got a little turned around on the booking website, but that may have been just our own issue, and either way, they handled it well and answered our questions quickly.
