I was VERY nervous to just use a random company I found online, but I didn't have many other options as I had kind of procrastinated in planning the party. But, the price was good and included delivery, set up, and pick up. They dropped it off when they said they would, and even offered to drop it off earlier if it was convenient for me. Pick up was also when expected. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My only suggestion is to maybe improve the booking process.

When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do.
